FYI
the creamy bacon potato salad lays chips are not bad………
dd is ALL OVER the Canadian (?) version of all dressed ruffles tho….
but I could so see crumbling some of them bacon lays on a casserole or as a breading for chicken………

good morning everyone!
dee – i cook some, but do eat out quite a bit (yes, expensive with 4 “adults” eating now), this time of year we cook a lot outdoors – we just don’t eat a lot of they type of stuff you do – no onions or peppers for the most part, nothing asian for me, so it’s all traditional type stuff … lemon pepper fish, grilled or baked chicken, shrimp scampi, barbecue, burgers, etc.
although we did do a little “chopped” contest with tilapia, croutons, pear, and yum yum sauce and a pasta, italian dressing, pineapple, and a funky “everything bagel” cheese – it was just okay to eat, but it was fun
the boys are asking to do another “chopped” night, but i wish i had a good idea for ingredients … we would never eat pineapple slaw or jalapeno slaw or anything like that

Update on Harley (thanks for the prayers and good wishes)
She paid no attention to the doctor when he was telling about her care and limitations and thinks I am making it up lol … she wants to go go go …. and I say no no no …
She is now moving the bum leg some mostly from the hip and little from the knee but no strength for use yet … she is a tough kitty cookie and roughs up her webbie and mouse toy … I need to get into my bin of kinzklipz for a toy more her size … she uses the full size webbie for play and as a bed and snuggle buddy
