   does anyone garden? as in for food or herbs?
   let me know please………we do veggies and for some reason the only herbs I can grow are basil………..
   I have big pot planters with good soil etc etc

   sis in law shared last year how if you plant your green onion tops in dirt (as in squish them in with a thumb) they grow onions! same with celery! cut off the end bit like you would and stick the bottom bit in dirt……..onions worked like mad, I started the celery too late tho…………granted celery is a buck at the store, but just the fact you grew yur own!

    Gaga.. I live in CT.. had lots of rain and then some flurries.. which of course gave me water in the basement as there was a LOT of rain! thank goodness for a sump pump.. ( why oh why did sump pump sound so… well dirty? LOL)

    mind is in gutter apparently..lmbo

    hmm nothing really new here Gaga not in the “hood” but I did see a car upside down on its roof two days ago.. too a tree out and flipped.. one car accident.. other then that.. pretty quiet.. just the way I like it. thanks for asking..

    also can’t get into the wish machine.. it freezes or throws me out of WW.. sigh.. me thinks they broke it…lol

    YD has a stomach bug. Poor kid has thrown up 5 times on an empty stomach and she has a fever. I spent a few hours cleaning their bedroom floor so if she missed the bucket there wouldn’t been an ever worse mess to deal with.

    We were supposed to work a girl scout cookie booth today. Fortunately she wasn’t sick yesterday. We went to this cool science event for 5th to 8th graders at the local community college. There were hands on activities and info on science careers and financial aid for university. She got to try virtual wielding.

    Sorry I haven’t been talking much I have had this allergy headache the last three weeks or so it is messing with my memory. I have been reading most of the comments but I can’t retain the information of who said what by the time I get to the bottom of the page. I have been trying to keep up with this book group I joined too but that hasn’t been going well either. One person decided my shorter emails meant I was no longer interested in being her friend. Complained at me it made her feel an obligation and in the process of trying to reassure her that was not the case got her more annoyed and she decided we no longer needed to communicate. It it weren’t for this one woman from the book club I would be wishing I had never found the place. It has been as much a negative as a positive. I won’t go into the other dramas. Makes me extra appreciate all of you.
