    I want the fox, it is cute.
    I don’t like red velvet cake either. There is something about either the type of chocolate that is used or the dye that gives it a chemical taste to me. I am a super taster for bitter and cake in general isn’t my favorite but the red velvet just no. I prefer cakes like carrot and banana. I like plain brownies best but if there is frosting I agree cream cheese is a good choice.

    Dee have your dh look for the cookies when he is in Michigan next month I have seen them in stores. I don’t remember where I was. I’ll try and keep a look out so I can tell you which chain. Also Dollar trees have had $1 webbies around here the white poodle mostly. There were so many of those it is possible they could still have stock next month. It is too far for me to check the Dollar Trees by Ann Arbor. If you want the address of the webbies store I go to let me know. It might be farther than dh would be willing to go but I can let you know what stock she has when the trip gets closer.

    We have a Cheese Cake Factory a a little ways away. It hasn’t been here that long. Tried to eat there this summer but I walked in and had to walk back out the air was just too saturated with cooking smells. We ended up at Max and Erma’s instead. Some restaurants I just can’t even go in anymore I start itching everywhere. I felt bad, the girls were curious after seeing the place mentioned on Big Bang Theory. I’ll have to get grandma or dh to take them.

    Our Harvest owls arrived today and they came with the free month of deluxe which was a nice surprise. The fluffy is very soft and I love the purple eyes. YD helped me figure out which owl to name after which Bones character and the Harvest owl is Dr. Lance Sweets now I just have to adopt.

    So I enrolled my first pet Peter at Webkinz academy October 5th 2007 and this morning I finally got a skill up to 10, speed, it only took 8 years. lol Annoyingly enough I have gotten several skills up to 5 now that you can’t do the pet motions.

    tmt5, congrats on the level ten achievement!! I miss my pet actions too, hopefully ganz will fix that.

    Has anyone noticed that Ganz changed pet birthdays to the day including the year they were adopted? I had a free dog/mutt that had his birthday on Webkinz Day but now has to celebrate his birthday in the summer. I wonder if the birthday greeting will include the pet’s actual age and not “Congrats! Your pet is one year older!” LOL

    Lucky! I have to wait for thanksgiving dinner for another month+. But i always get turkey and stuffing on Christmas and easter too so im all set for a couple of months of turkey leftovers lol. Favorite part anyone? I like the stuffing my mom makes the best i think.

    i found these for red velvet cheesecake http://www.food.com/recipe/red-velvet-cheesecake-107604?photo=328015 they don’t look “good” to me though. dee, what recipe do you use? i’ve never done a red velvet cheesecake, just new york style cheesecake & it will make you wanna smack anyone!!!

    tmt, i don’t use the red dye period. i would use beet juice, but i would have to see how much liquid goes into the recipe to see if its worth it for the pink/red color…i just don’t like fake stuff in my food, ESPECIALLY if it’s homemade. common man!

    Jumping on here for a minute …

    BOB’s sister, hubby and two dogs arrive this evening … permanently to Ohio .. their trailer burned a few days ago … almost all of their things were already packed and out of the trailer fortunately …

    We have to make a lot of space outside for the extra large truck, flatbed trailer, dog fencing, etc … a lot of work to do in a few hours and BOB should not be doing any of it .. ugh

    Be back later to play … been away from webkinz too much lately and it is not god for my brain 😉

    I am guessing you are already cooking by now Dee, Carnitas sounds good. My Dad used to make these really good shredded beef enchiladas a friend of his from work taught him to make them. They would freeze them but even frozen they didn’t last long around the house.
