I just want to give everyone a headsup that there will be a room contest this weekend for your prettiest pet care rooms. Prize is a pet code donated by taggylou. The winner will be picked by spinning a wheel. The only rule is that the entry must have at least one of each:
sink
tub
pool
trampoline
treadmill
bed
Here’s an example. This is NOT mine, it’s by Laura and I think it’s brilliant (her daffodil sink is hidden next to the tub behind the mazin hamster water tower).

Cookie the missing hamster just popped up asking for something but when I hopefully clicked on the go to new pet button as the room loaded it switched me to his roommate sweetie. Well at least more prof the game still thinks he exists.

I haven’t done a care room yet have just been bouncing them over to my bathroom that I added a pool to. I was looking through the list of pools and so far all of mine besides the “pool” are invisible, a blue slick or don’t work. Anyone find one that does work beside I guess the turtle pool Laura is using?

Wow that’s one awesome pet care room! Mine are all FULL of pets and only have enough room to squeeze in the necessities. I put in some wallpaper and flooring so I’m not staring at a blank room for 15 minutes.

I missed the rare for some reason I thought it was 10 PM tonight.

That pet care room is out of this world beautiful!
The food for the webbies is deleting my KC. I buy eggs and grow pumpkins, but it is never enough.

the answer for how to make kc depends on 2 things
1. how often do you do your dailies?
a) everyday
b) once a week
c) when you feel like it
d) um what are dailies?
2. what do you do as part of your dailies and if you garden, how many gardens do you have?
if all of the above sounds foreign to you:
adopt pets, sell your rares or wshop items lying around on your dock (make sure they’re not retired). if you don’t have expensive rares, trade for them in the clubhouse
i missed out on the good glitch on wkn years ago. i just do dailies (usually i make around a 1,000 kc per day) and i have around 400,000 kc per account. i should have more but been busy with work that i often just do the dailies for accounts that i buy rares for regularly and on my main where my deluxe allows an extra employment job per day.
i started playing around the end of 2009. when did you guys start on webkinz?

The best way to make KC now is to fill your pets hearts first, that way you can get up to 2x KC in the arcade, jobs, etc. Log out carnival is definitely worth it!!

Patsie, your pets need to be smart consumers.
Stair-step your gardens with pumpkins and watermelon this means plant one row each day for ten days. At the end of ten days your first row will be ready to harvest and from then on, you will have a crop ready to harvest each day. Before I got sick I used to have whole garden yards done so I’d have an entire garden to harvest everyday.
DO NOT EAT the pumpkins/watermelon you harvest, sell them back to the w-shop for 10kc each and BUY two w-shop pumpkins for 5kc each. You just doubled your harvest!

main cat (who is 20!) is not doing well tonite………typical dee family thing where ya get sick on a friday nite when docs are closed
but if you do pet prayers, we just ask he be in peace………he has had a fabulous life, jetsetting all over the country and riding in trucks and cars and boats………and having a baby sister (who is human) that trained him to do tricks……….he loved his grandmas visiting and loving him. Even his dog loving uncle loved him……….sorry………I know he is gonna go……….just do not want it to happen

then he flew to st louis til we found our house here……….
he loved to watch the beavers and moose and baby ducks in alaska, altho i made him come in if i saw an eagle…………but the baby beavers were fascinating!…………..they looked like cissys barbie dolls swimming across the lake….

this lovely boy has probably been more places than the average american. that happens when you are a military cat. he kept his girls safe when his dad had to go far far away for months at a time.

If you feel he needs help resting Benadryl can be given to cats.
According to the Cat Health Guide, you can give your cat 2 milligrams per pound of body weight every 8 hours. For example, if your cat weighs 10 pounds, you would give him no more than 20 milligrams per dose. Drowsiness is a side effect of taking Benadryl for cats just as it is for humans. Another is a strong anti-nausea effect, which is not a bad thing.

Be careful selling homegrown foods!! The icon for DONUT SEEDS is showing a Homegrown Donut NOT the Seed Packet!! I LOST ALL MY DONUT SEEDS!! 🙁

Yes, they were in my dock.
I had removed all my “specialty seeds” because they were showing as grey boxes and I read that if you remove the Banana Blast Seeds that the other specialty seeds were working. Apparently, my Donut Seeds were in the same row as my ONE pack of Banana Blast Seeds. So once I removed the row that contained the Banana Blast Seeds the rest of the garden was ready to harvest. I replanted the other seed packs that were in my dock and went to sell the harvested foods. I should have noticed that the donuts were at the end of the food dock and not with the “H” or “D” items, but I didn’t 🙁

I finally decided to try starting the check out process on Amazon for the sale webbies … once I got to the review payment etc .. then the sale prices showed up … AND …. really amazing …. I bought two of the new monkeys (buy one/get one) two grump cats buy two get one) and a ginger bunny … the sale on the monkey went fine … but … I was charged for ONE grumpy cat and the ginger bunny and the free one was the second grumpy cat which was more $ than the ginger bunny … WOW right?

what do you do to clear your cache for specific browsers? i’m asking this as i did a whole back and forth with someone and started off by asking if they cleared their cache and they said yes. at the end of the hour they said oh wow, i just cleared cookies and it worked. i’m like what did you clear when you said you cleared cache?
anyway, it’s up for me. i’ll report it on fb

steve says they are fixing the icons for the donut seeds on monday but i haven’t seen him say anything on stagemom’s post yet.
i tagged you stagemom on my post about the seeds (i made one just in case yours is not set to public and steve cannot see it. i’m not savvy about fb on which posts can be seen and not seen. i only know sometimes someone shares a pic but it tells me i don’t have access to the post).

Okay I just need to vent. My vacation was this week I was going to disney with boo for part of it, & part of it I was going out of town with my sis. My mom was supposed to check on & feed my kitty & watch boo. So the Monday before she tells me that they’re going away for my vacation. So I had to cancel my plans. Well they were supposed to be back for Saturday, at least me and my sis could go out of town then. Well I called because they said they were gonna call when they were heading home. But now they’re staying an extra day or two. So I just said “oh, ok have fun. But it’s not enough that she did this & I haven’t complained about it to them. She says “I’m sorry I ruined your week off (and before I can even say don’t worry about)& I’m really sorry *gulp* I have to to feel so guilty*gulp* about it” — starts crying. I am dealing with my vacation being ruined (which I really needed) but I’m really struggling with the reverse guilt trip. So now I’m supposed to comfort her for doing this. In the past I would’ve but…i just don’t have it in me at the moment. So now I feel bad, like I should’ve acted happier for her. I’m felling a bit overwhelmed trying hard not to be angry.

disney has animal boarding at their entrance gates………some hotels take pets if you were staying over……..
cats are easy…….food water and a box and they are good. we had dds friend come over every other day to slop ours……..they still had plenty of food, but fresh water and poop scooping!

Got a pink gift box floaty on OD’s asian account and the number of boxes you have is glitching. After three boxes her 68 boxes had become 544. I didn’t try and use any of them and the number was what it should be when I logged back in.

you guys really are awesome! i did the “update” nothing looks different & nothing has changed. 😥 i saw your comment about the back door bear thing zingy & i thought it was about the link you posted for the crab (which also didn’t work). so i’m so stuck! it’s not just my mac, it’s my ipad too. let me check the beans laptops……. i got on two times today, but then it closed again.

I don’t know if my number of purple floating boxes has been glitched since I didn’t check my dock after I got them. However, it appears to be normal now.

I wonder if other people will get anything nice if they send her a letter.
Does anyone else’s Webkinz freeze if they try to open a second letter or package after they have already opened one? That is happening for me, it also happens if I go view my previously read or opened gifts or letters.

oh you haven’t even installed tunnel bear, it’s just asking you if you want to install it and keep it in the downloads folder or move it to the applications folder

do you want it in your applications folder? click move
do you want it in your downloads folder? click do not move
generally i move apps to the applications folder if i plan on keeping them

Howdy to any still here
FFQ and I have been swamped again today … preparing for BOB to return home because the powers that by don’t seem to have the necessary brain power to send him to rehab …
Loads of his junk and garbage piled up that must be sorted if possible and loads moved to make room for a hospital bed and special recliner .. the kind that lifts your backside to help stand.
Luckily the delivery and set up was delayed due to some issues with BOB’s bil’s truck during his trip here with the bed and etc.
He started having pain in his surgery leg today so they did ultrasound and wrapped the leg.. there are clots so they are giving him blood thinner .. which is not great as he already has trouble with easy nose bleeds.

He gets nose bleeds frequently anyway … thin membranes ..so this makes it more challenging for him.
Transition home will be anything but smooth … his sister is not a joy, tends to be a bully and turns mean and demeaning when she doesn’t get her way.

I am getting really tired of the hearts not working the way they are supposed to. I had 20 filled hearts at 11:30 pm and now I only have 4, 75% filled.

I don’t pay attention to filled hearts anymore, tmt. I pay attention to the family score and if hearts are empty, I can fill ’em up 🙂

Cool car Zingy. I have made it up to the moon pie machine.
I know Zingy but I want the extra kinzcash and I don’t have the time everyday to fill hearts from scratch. I want my 10 that I only have to do the 25% like I am supposed to have then from there just do extra for family score if I have time. Plus pets with only 25% to fill, if you do sink, tub and bed their hunger only drops a little bit cutting down on food expense.
