We had my birthday dinner over the weekend at one of our favorite hangouts – it’s been a little hectic over here so we thought it’d be better to do it then.So we’re just going out to a casual place tonight.

Dee, depending on the recipe you can substitute cognac, bourbon, rum or a liqueur like Grand Marnier. You’re prolly fine with airline brandy bottles if you have them handy (sometimes the alcohol doesn’t burn off as much as you’d like). What are you making?
