Here’s how it works Go log into WW on your laptop/desktop. There will be a pop up in the
beginning showing you a box that has been added to your dock. Go to a
room and open it. Inside you will have 3 separate boxes and one
wallpaper. Place those in your room. Log out and open your mobile app
and visit your room from there. You will then see what is inside the
boxes and your shades (wallpaper) will open and reveal a beautiful
landscape. Once you go back into your WW room from your laptop/desktop,
those items will be there just as you saw them in the mobile app.
I don’t have a cell phone, can I do this without one????

2) If your Window on the World gift box has disappeared, please contact Customer Support and they can help you. We’re working on a fix for this. If you haven’t yet opened the boxes, please note that you must first drag and drop the boxes into your room on Webkinz.com (browser version) THEN log into the Mobile App to see the unwrapped version. If you don’t drag and drop them, they may disappear once you log into your Mobile account.

There’s a small issue that’s causing giftboxes to disappear. For now the workaround is to make sure when you see them on webkinz.com, you drag them in your rooms to open them right away (before you login to mobile with the same account). The giftboxes are not lost. They are still on your accounts, just not showing. So please use the workaround for now, until we fix this issue. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience.

if you went to the mobile app first, the gift box disappears from ww (not permanently)

I’ve gotten a few boxes and opened most of those, got one headset, one chair and one plush .. all the first day.
I’m about to fall over again.. maybe a nap and then up for the midnight run of the accounts ..
