I was just talking to BOB about the Ganz sale in Ontario and if we don’t need passports to go we might make the trip.
I need to verify about the passport thing and if there are limits on how much/what we can bring back across the boarder, etc.
That would be neat if it all works out.

for the tartlets, after making a few dozen last year, my honey (my designated helper, lol) suggested rolling out the dough and cutting 3″ circles. we placed the circles in the pans and it was so much faster to make them that way.

Trying to make my christmas list right now but I have no idea what i want tbh. I actually did put a kitten on my list. My boyfriend’s family is currently housing a small army of cats (9 of which are of the kitten variety) but my mom has made it very clear that there won’t be any more animals in our house.
