I used to make this once a week so we’d have a meatless dish. Been slacking on making homemade ricotta tho so I haven’t done it recently. You don’t have to use spaghetti, I often make it with mini farfalle coz it cooks in 7 minutes.

When honey gets tired of no meat in the above dish, I render a strip of bacon fat and use it to cook the garlic and skip the lemon zest and juice. I suppose you can do a version for you and dh with the bacon while your dd gets the all veggie one.

i caved and adopted another midnight monster named Boo (at first i thought Sully then changed my mind) and mom did a good job enabling that i got a tie dyed pony that i named Kaleidoscope.

I would make something yummy in the crock pot and then freeze them in same portions.
I don’t have an extra freezer, so no room to freezer anything extra.
I have chicken sitting in the fridge right now.
Any good recipes?
I have to cook it today. I am lazy too.

ugh… very late night… went to a fair and was there till it was closing then home and then goof of time and then watched some Netflix till the wee hours… zzz zzz … now getting ready to go out to do yard work… not my thing..
