yum! there’s a place here that has a baked ham & swiss panini that looks kind of like that – it’s baked ham, not like deli ham, like Easter ham mmmmmm
they also have a grilled havarti & bacon sandwich with thinly sliced apples

They just left a few minutes ago.. and I found out she is planning to come back in a couple weeks to pick up the car up that she dropped off at a friend’s house to repair.. 🙁
That will coincide with PB78’s vacation time here.. I can hope she won’t stay but since she doesn’t work or have kids she can do what she wants unless she has doctor appts.. sadly BOB won’t set limits on her and she thinks she can make demands and run things here.. plus likes to monopolize my time talking.. hours on end…

I’m starting to stress over the FabDoodle AGAIN. Ganz still hasn’t said anything about it, someone said they’d check the system after maintenance Wednesday though, so hopefully its on there, if not……. I’m selling it on eBay. Hope everyone’s having an amazing Monday!

No beach near by, gramma and they need supervision here.. they like to take things not nailed down and go through our things to check for us taking things that don’t belong to us.. BOB lets her have her way to the detriment of the 3 of us.. she has taken a few things of ours cause they were like stuff their dad had gotten at auctions: marbles, etc.. I told BOB … nothing happens… they can come and go and take what they want… unpleasant for us and a bad example for the girls…

If I were you, Krafty, I’d pay a locksmith to install a lock on your room and store any valuables that you don’t want to disappear inside. Then go on a camping or road trip with the girls. It’s an important life lesson to them-if life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

I bought “front door” locks a couple years ago but there is so much we can’t fit in our rooms and one small storage closet. Plus the pets. She doesn’t like the cats inside and some of the ones we are caring for but will adopt out etc can’t be protected … it is a mess, Zingy. I know they were raised better than this, we went to high school together and BOB and I were a couple and though I didn’t spend a lot of time at their house their mom was caring and kept the house well and treated people with respect… not lazy, intrusive, untrusting..etc.. not throw a tantrum to get your way regardless of all others..
We already lost so much to the pile of grief from PB78’s “father” belongings and kitties.. he took them to a pound; two were adopted out and the others destroyed.. plus .. more bad… most of our things are in storage still..
We have given her no reason to not trust us.. BOB will not be supportive..
We don’t camp unless it is at a hotel, lol.. I did my time, got my badges, lol.
Not much $$ for road trip fun. Last year our fun was school supply shopping… we had some “fun money” and that is what the girls chose to do, not choose the least expensive, got to pick out what they really wanted.. plus some girlie items too.
