10/17/12 Spoilers (Halloween & some Christmas)

SPOILER ALERT:Â The 2012 Halloween Gift Spoiler is on the (closed)Â post before this one – for those of you who want to peek!
We have some Halloween Spoilers and some upcoming Christmas stuff to show.
They added two of the recently announced pets.
The Celestrial Unicorn!
PSI is the Celestrial Swing, the food item is Soaring Star Sorbet.
The Rockerz Coyote!
PSI is the Rockin’ Radio Interview Station, the food item is Acoustic Angel Cheesecake.
It also comes with the Country Sweetheart Hat, The Southern Romance Boots, and the Folk Singer Boho Dress.
They also added the White Tiger Crystal Fountain this time.
Last time, they tried to add it, but it didn’t work.
I don’t know why they added it when the rest of the Signature White Tiger hasn’t been added, but this is what it looks like…
 
The next items are all SENDABLE items!
top row: Sleepwalking Hat, Ghost Hunter Costume, Ghost Hunter Hat, and the Alien Mask.
bottom row: Goblin Costume: Top, Pants, Belt, and Boots.
The Sleepwalking Hat is the Deluxe gift item for November!

top row: Purple Vampiress Costume: Dress, Veil, and Shoes.
bottom row: Purple Wizard: Robe, Hat, and Shoes.

I believe the Gnarled Pumpkin items are the only new Halloween Furnture items we will get this year.
Your pet can sit on the Whimsical house.
Witch Pop, Chocolate Chip Milkshake, Elf Cookie, and Gingerbread Elf.
There will be a Arthur Christmas Floaty and the 3 Christmas items may be a part of that.
The Witch Pop might be part of the 2012 Halloween Treat Bag.

top row: Hallow Mallow Ghosts, Pumpkin Cupcake, and Candy Corn Claws.
bottom row: Sinister Sippy, Goblin Gummies, and Licorice Spider.
You get 6 new candies this year along with 6 of last years candies.
Here are the ones you will get from last year…
The next items are all marked as being NON-SENDABLE!
top row: Pink Leggins, Candy Dreamland Dress, Sugary Heart Headband, and Rockin’ Concert Boots.
bottom row: Big Pile of Kinzcash Estate Car, Gummy Limo, and Webkinz Rockerz Limo.
The Gummy Limo is a food item, but it’s marked as being non-sendable. I don’t know why!
top row: Glam Boutique Hair Care Display, Spa Towel Trolley, and Fiery Fountain.
bottom row: Celestrial Flower Cup Car, Moonrise Chair, and Star Stools.
There’s a new theme in the E-store called the Celestrial Theme.

A bunch of wallpaper and flooring items were added. Most likely all Estore items.

This is the Afghan Hound Flooring and Wallpaper.

Snowy Scene Bed, Singing Snowmen, Holiday House Bed, and SantaKinz is Coming Fireplace.
The Singing Snowmen are adorable when animated.
The SantaKinz fireplace animates and shows some dust coming out, then it shows Santa’s legs dangling down inside the fireplace.
Next are some items associated with the Nakamas.
top row: Nakamas Sewing Machine, Nakamas T-Shirt, and Lovely Forest Window.
bottom row: Nakamas Toy Box, and Cushy Purple Sofa.
The Sewing Machine dispenses the T-shirt which IS sendable.
The toy box holds 12 items
There may be some glitches with these items as the database shows duplicates of the sewing machine and toy box.
And finally, there are some gift boxes associated with Arthur.
Here are the boxes…
top row: Gold Bow Gift Box, Blue Bow Gift Box, Green Bow Gift Box, and Silver Bow Gift Box.
botom row: these were labeled as Arthur Christmas Gift Box 7 and 8.
When I tried to open the boxes, only the top row showed any contents.

These may have something to do with the Arthur Christmas Floaty too?
That’s all except for the new map items!
The only two items that were new and different are the Founders Statue and the Welcome to Kinzville Sign.

I don’t like it either, rf. But we’re stuck with it. You can rotate the road pieces by holding them over a piece already on the map then setting it down in the direction you choose.

I stuffed the buildings I use all the time on 6 accounts in the same configuration. You can zoom out but it would be nice if it stayed zoomed out so you can you the entire map immediately. I tweeted that request too.

One thing I forgot to mention on the previous thread before it closed, although vacation is only for deluxe only after maintenance, they revised the challenges requiring them so that won’t hold anyone from completion.
Tho I still think its not fair for them to make something previously available to all now deluxe only. I hope enough peeps will call, tweet, FB to keep them from doing it to other WW features.

i just threw the buildings up there to get the statue…they do not need to be connected by road or anything to get to them. most of stuff is on the regular “things to do” thing……i did have to go to post office just to get dock open, but it highlights as you mouse over it…

I covered the roads with buildings so I don’t see the pets. Can’t dress or interact with them so I don’t need to see them.
I might see if I can remove the original road tiles later so I won’t have pets on the map (they only go on roads/paths).

that’s SO negative & i’m usually more optimistic … i’ll make do, but i think i’m up to 18 accounts??? yeah … a lot is not happening anymore …
zingy – i get the updates straight from the fairy now. i used to have some “intermediate” fairies that passed the information to me, but now i get them straight from the source fairy 😉

see I am not sure what you guys are doing…i stuck some buildings up there and some of the decor and it was done…it ain’t purty, but it is done….it’s not like you really have to use it (except for a couple places)…how often do you go to the clinic? ya know?
i put kinzstyle outlet up front and kinzpost and that is it….

Picula ad Caval
This traditional Italian recipe will serve 6
2¼ pounds ground horse meat
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2-½ ounces ground cured lard (or pancetta)
2 onions, minced
1 glass dry white wine (though some Italian chefs prefer broth)
6 ripe tomatoes, blanched, peeled, seeded, chopped, and drained
2 bell peppers, ribbed and seeded, then diced
2 Tbsp. minced fresh herbs (basil, sage, and rosemary in proportions to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the oil, lard, and onion in a skillet. Sauté until the onion has become golden but don’t let it get really brown. Add the horse meat and brown it, stirring frequently. When it has browned, sprinkle in the glass of wine and reduce the heat to a bare simmer. Cover it, and let it cook for at least an hour. Mix in the chopped tomatoes and diced peppers, and continue cooking for another half hour.
Ten minutes before removing the dish from the stove, sprinkle the minced herbs over everything. Serve it hot with salt and pepper to taste.

howdy all
I still can’t get logged into webkinz on Chrome, the log in page shows up and I can type in the information and it looks like it will go through but only the ads on the right load, not the actual webkinz part.
Any one else having troubles?

I cleared the cache in chrome and tried again, it flashed the pet and dock but then blank again, though my pointer changed when I moved it across that area so I clicked when it was clickable… ended up clicking on the kinzstyle outlet…sadly as now it is trying to open my dock.. main account, that will never happen in chrome.. lol crud me

If your computer and Internet are fast, dive in. Nice new Halloween costumes and stairs.
Map is doable.
If not, try avoiding the map for now. I get pls wait in between picking up a map piece and rotating it. Not fun.

on the mac now..but since i came here to bi… “vent” (i was logged on already) i’ve added 2 things to the map & moved one tree. there are quite a bit of things in my dock to add, but it’s not allowing me to add them. doesn’t say not to, or that it’s ok to other than i see that there is a green area. so i know it’s allowed to be there. but i’m stuck on please wait.
why should this be so difficult. i wonder if it’s bc there are so many things in my dock? it kinda acts like an expired acct. which my main acct isn’t. . .

Excuse me while I rant for a second.
A few months ago I renewed my Deluxe membership on WW for a year. Since then, I have had to call every month to get my packages and my estore points, and my Cosmic Bear. I haven’t had time the past few months to call because, well, I also go to Harvard in my spare time (hahahaha) so I like to use WW to destress but I swear it just causes me more.
I log on today and it tells me that my Deluxe membership expired in July and it will cease to work in 5 days. Now I have to take time out of my day to call Ganz tomorrow and demand that they fix the issue and more. Seriously, I think this time I am telling them that if they can’t figure out their issues I want a refund. I shouldn’t have to call this many times for something I paid for. I’m so frustrated!

G’morning!
well throwing the map together wasn’t as bad as I’d dreaded; tho’ last night there were several freezes, where I had to improperly log out, log in, find kinzpost to open dock, etc. After immediately getting rid of the road pieces so there weren’t nekkid webkinz running around, sticking all the buildings and do-dahs on the map mostly went quick. So far I’ve only done my three accts; seven more to go. 🙄 ‘least it isn’t 18 or 37! lol
@zingy…thank your for the thank you gifts! I LOVE them!! tho’ you really didn’t need to send anything back. Unless I use the word ‘trade’, anything I send to anyone here is a gift. It’s my pleasure to help folks out. 🙂

chant – i’m thinking the purple & blue vampire are prizes from the floating pumpkin since some of the pieces are pictured on the login – all of those clothing items are “sendable” in ww, so none of them should be estore
