howdy all
what a long day but most of it was awesome, the Road Trip guys were super great!
It was at Gorant Chocolate & we each got a Rockerz (bought) and loads of super loot from the Road Trip games. They took group pics that they said would go on the site, so we might be in the pics, haven’t looked yet.
Can’t wait for Thursday, they said it would be bigger and better as they will have more space, etc.

Morning to everyone! Was really busy yesterday, so I didn’t have a chance to get online. Just checked all the trackers for everything. UPS tracker for my makeup order finally decided to update (It’s been stuck with “a label has been printed” since Friday owo) and it says my makeup should be here by Friday, which means i’ll have it in time! yay! My dress was shipped out from Toyko yesterday, not sure if it’s going to make it here in time, crossing my fingers and hoping it will. And, to top it off, I ordered my birthday doll 8D I wasn’t going to be able to order her until the end of the month, but we got a new credit card, so she should be here by Friday, if not tomorrow.
Gonna be gone for a little while today, going out of town to do last minute shopping for when my bestie comes 8D

Does anyone else have the floating objects problem on the Estore? Where the bottom row repeats itself. It always covers up the page numbers on the bottom so I have trouble moving off of page 1. I would have thought that they would have cleared up such a blatant glitch right away but I guess not.
Also, if anyone missed the Egyptian rare, I have an extra I can send to them. Just let me know!

If you don’t have any of those, perhaps you have an extra Pile of Persian Pillows, Golden Oil Lamp of Persia, or Desert Destiny Window– All from the Persian theme

Good evening, everyone. Just got back from a long day of shopping. Managed to find a Monster High doll I was looking for (The basic edition Jackson) as well as so really cute barbie clothes ^^ Also picked up a few different colors of nail polish in case one shade didn’t turn out right.
@Krafty – The one I ordered is a Pullip, which is a Korean doll. They’re really cute, and this is my third one. The one I ordered is a birthday present, although i’ll be able to open her when she arrives, even though my birthday isn’t till the 30th. School is finally over, which means unless i can finally get a job, i have 12 weeks to sit around and do nothing. yay.
Not completely sure how my grades are going to turn out because they already disabled powerschool. I know i got an A on my human bio exam and i already have an A in that class, but thats the only one i know so far. All of them seemed pretty easy, so i’m hoping that i did well on them.

I know around here, they would pay for you to read or hang out with old folks (we live in an old neighborhood – for a while we were the youngsters til another couple moved in)
what about volunteering? library? shelter? people and animal…anything sound interesting? summer camps run by YMCA or whatnot?
If you treat volunteering like a job, they will treat you like a worker and remember you when the time to hire comes along, or if you need a reference letter…..just gotta trust me on that choco

it rained all day here on and off, gently, and the garden is loving it!
RF I didn’t do green beans this year π I um..forgot..oops but am trying peas in those topsy turvy thingies lol so far so good
I have to say my herb garden has easily tripled in size since planting it, they are loving the weather.
and we gots critters eating the lettuce, brussel sprouts and cauliflower plants! seems it may be a groudhog! so I put some bird netting over those and the lettuce is growing back lol so now it looks like we will be building a fence around the garden this weekend made out of pallets we got free, kind of a recycling project if we dont all that money we put in the ground will be gone. love those critters
RF any hints to keep critters away?? never had to deal with this before!

Sat all my Monster High dolls up on a new shelf today. It’s great. So much more room. In the process of doing so, I managed to find the unused webkinz code i’ve been looknig for for the past month. Wasn’t feeling to great when I bought the pet, so I just layed the tag up and couldn’t find it. Also found a lil kinz unicorn today, which I bought!

ENCHANTEDISLE, try putting chewing gum in a groundhog hole if you see one. I know it sounds weird, but apparently it gets rid of them (We have those alot out here where I live)

Ashleigh, I recently read that chewing gum contains a chemical that is toxic to animals (article was about dogs and cats but I am sure it is not limited to them) so though the idea of the chewing gum being an irritant to the groundhogs the toxic side of the gum and chance that it could kill or make them sick or another animal get a hold of it and end up dead or sick from eating it makes it not so appealing a choice.
We have a new rule about spitting out gum and making sure it gets in the trash IN something so that no critters can get it by accident.
