But like really all there is, is like a Trade Secret (which has OPI and Essie), Targets cosmetic section, and another “beauty boutique” which has brands like bare minerals, stila, smashbox and other brands I don’t use. There’s a Macys too but the cosmetic department isn’t very big. And all this stuff is like 45 min away.

I love China Glaze, and its a lot cheaper at Sallys and I always get Seche Vite there, which is an AMAZING top coat. I wish I could of got morr hunger games nail polishes but my stores sold out of the good colors fast. π

I know D: It really sucks. The store closest to me only got about half (I have Distrcits 4,7,8,9,10 and 11) And couldn’t even find the rest of them (Realy wanted Districts 2, 3, and 12, especially 3, because my favorite characters are from District 3 :D) My friend that’s coming in a few weeks is going to try to find some of those and the OPI Spider Man polishes (I’m going through a Spider Man phase, dying to see the movie XD) and those will be my birthday presents from her <3 She's such a sweetie!

I purchased two new bottels (A lime(ish) green and a sparkly bright pink) at the beginning of the month. The pink was SUPPOSED to match the color of the dress I was going t obuy, but at the last moment I changed dresses completely and bought a completely different dress. I think i’ll like the one I bought better though.

Some girls like Essie at my school, mostly the colors you can get at Target (boring! Those arr like the regular colors) I assume its mostly because of the name, I don’t like Essie very much, the brush isnt that good when it comes to ease of application. And a lot of colors tend to be streaky. It’s just so funny how most girls will find stuff out through magazines and I’m just like π I knew about that 2 months ago. Most of them probably think essie is top of the line when its really not.

LOL Right now my nails are painted on my left hand. I did them a few nights ago and about fell over, then noticed it was midnight ad was like “Pfft. I’ll do it in the morning!” never got around to it. They didn’t have a top coat, so they’re kind of chipped, so I plan to redo those today. I still can’t decide what to do with my nails for our Lolita day. My dress is grey black ad white (I’d just link a photo of it, is that allowed?) and was thinking of doing light pink or something, but ‘m not sure.

Momskinz – Lolita is (I’ll try to explain this to the best of my ability, i’m still new to the fashion myself) like cute little fancy dresses/outfits and such. Most of them are Japanese, but I think the basic point of Lolita is to dress up really cute and look like a doll. There’s other types, but that’s the main one. I think my look would probably be considered more gothic than sweet, but that’s jus the main point.

Well I’m definitely on my moms pooh pooh list. I should care buuut I’m tired, grumpy, & over it. I know we’re supposed to pray AND be loving toward for those who are not ya know but I’m having a hard time. They LIED to the doctors about smoking around him. If the doctors asks what he’s been exposed to & you LIE then act like you haven’t done anything wrong ???REALLY???
She tells me they lied & then says quote “Of course we didn’t tell the Doctors Gwen, It’s pretty obvious that we know he shouldn’t be smoking, nor should anyone else around him”
So I responded Quote “Well it wasn’t obvious yesterday when we(Boo & I) walked in & ALL of you lit one up with him sitting right there.”

It’s like being a kid again. I don’t know why I was even surprised. I love her but she has always been one of the most narcissist people I’ve ever met. My childhood is a witness to that.She actually got one of the nurses to wheel her around the Hospital cuz her knee was bugging her. Then goes into his room getting him worried(SERIOUSLY?!?) I need to just give this to God & let it go. I’m sure I could be handling this better. I’m suppose to be a Christian. I need to act like it. She obviously is slightly mentally off I should feel bad for her & not be mad. Oh well guess I better get it together.

poor guy it was just a little too close to the “boys” for comfort LOL and I had to wash those jeans twice to get the smell down second time I out in just a little bleach and it cut right through the smell! I’m so happy about that.
and moms that is so weird with the codes. and that chair is hilarious, but I am trying to keep my estore spending low.
I buy way too many plushes as it is, funny thing was we called his aunt today to see if she needed anymore plushes for the hospital and she was so happy cause I guess they just ran out of the last huge batch I collected for them, oh sorry not sure if you knew but we donate all the new plushes to the hospital in his parents names as they started it years ago, they passed and we have been trying to keep up the supply lol and so I think it’s one of the reasons I get away with buying so many lol
anyway, thanks for the giggle tonight was cute!
oh and I got one last good one for you, not sure if I told you, about the oldest moving i to our camper on Easter, but he um did a lot of damage to it and his father got fed up said out, he moved in with his aunt and uncle and they RODE his butt big time about getting a place of his own, suffice to say playing tuff love between all of us might be paying off, he has TWO yes TWO jobs and just found an apartment..lol apparently all of us are too hard on him and it’s hard to live with any of us LOL how is that for a good laugh?

howdy all
sorry to be MIA, been a wacky weekend, work and such, we were on the car much of Saturday and then Sunday PB78 had a softball game then went to a park for the girls to go in this pondy type thing, grossed me out totally, it was sandy rocky etc not like a pool, ewww.. lol I am not a nature swim in the creak girl at all. It took a bit of work to get FFQ to go out passed her ankles deep in water but with PB78’s help she did.
Went to Walmart for clothes for FFQ as she had no spares with her, didn’t expect to get wet, lol then Menchies for ice cream.
LONG day π
We have the Road Trip coming this week, Tuesday and Thursday and we are going to try to get to both events. Will try to get extra codes etc to share.

I am so sorry about the more troubles for your dad and with your mom. Was there with my mom except that she had cut down on smoking before she got sick in 2003 and then was forced to quit as she nearly died. She would have started again though easy if she wasn’t on O2 all the time. She refused to believe that her MANY decades of smoking had anything to do with her COPD it was ALL due to the chicken feathers (dust) when she was a child.. yeah, sure :-\
It is so painful to watch the parents do things we know is a detriment to their health and not be able to do anything about it AND they won’t listen or do the right thing.

gwen, sooo sorry to hear about your dad. and your mom (almost sounds like she’s trying to vie for attention). in a way, maybe staying in the hospital for a little bit might help get him away from what’s going on at home while he needs rest and healing.

tomorrow is oatmeal cookie day
today I made 3 lbs of meatballs and froze, prepped for the italian veggie/pasta salad thing, made a pre vacay hair appt, vacuumed, read a book, went to grocery…typed itinerary….oh yeah and gabbed with my bff fro 3 hrs on the phone…heaven!
and did dishes about 4 times…I really need to figure out how that dishwasher thingy works!
