GanzWorld is hosting a Twitter Party Friday Night with GREAT Prizes!
Here’s the info from GanzWorld:
We’re throwing a St. Patrick’s day party to celebrate our amazing community, and we’ve got some beautiful, spring inspired prizes… and a slew of newly released Webkinz Pets!
The party will be held on Friday, March 16th 2012 from 7pm to 8pm (est). Party-goers will have a chance to answer questions, meet other parents and WIN some killer prizes.

With St. Patrick’s day and Spring right around the corner, we’re thinking GREEN!
We’ve put together an assortment of gifts from Time and Again, which includes a gorgeous variety of fresh fragrance-infused candles.
Just in time for spring, Webkinz will be giving out 20 (twenty) newly released Webkinz Pets (plush) like the Holland Lop Bunny and Mohawk Puppy!
The Ganz eStore has given us virtual Webkinz Pets to give out during the party such as the Bedtime Puppy, Pine Marten, Duck and more! By adopting a virtual Pet players can unlock the magic of Webkinz World.
How to Participate:
1. Follow @Ganz_World & our co-host @Webkinz (both accounts) on Twitter and watch for our party instructions and questions beginning at 7pm (est).
2. To win, please make sure you type #GanzWorld in every tweet, it’s our party hashtag!

A couple of days ago, momskinz, you asked me about a name for my daisy pig… I don’t have one, and just got the lil piggies this am… hoping I’ll adopt later today, though the day itself is kinda packed.

Can’t decide if I’ll be at the Twitter party tonight or not… the only thing I really (and I mean REALLY) want to win is a Sparkling Pegasus, and I don’t think it mentioned that as one of the prizes *sigh*

dee… I don’t think Twitter is hard. It requires you opening an account, and then a “tweet” and anything 140 characters or shorter. For the webkinz party, there is a hashtag #GanzWorld that has to be included in every tweet to be eligilbe for prizes. If I can be of any further help, let me know! Peace, Jenn

hey all at school
had to do a bunch of printing for some projects
never got the powerpoint figured out. I was able to “grab” the pictures and put them on my slide, but then they were huge and when I tried to move them and make them smaller, it was just a mess…I really wanted to cry

dee – it’s a sign up thing, but you can use a nickname rather than a real name – make sure you do not click or unclick or whatever your location – i don’t share location or my real name, i mean “momskinz” is my real name right??? LOL
i think you could do it, it’s rather easy – you sign up – you could be bbqeeun or “WebkinzDee” or something . . . then you follow @webkinz @Ganz_World (and @momskinz of course! LOL)

you can run tweets off the twitter site or using twhirl which is a small program that puts a twitter style window on your desktop.

I think you have to use a real email address to sign up, not sure if they have a confirmation type set up where they send a confirmation email that you have to click the link to complete sign up.
Make a gmail account just for webkinz or just for twitter, it is free and then you just put in the info you want there

Must say…ganz support people ROCK!!!! two separate issues, two different techies. Both were very nice; the second one, a guy, was above and beyond fantabulous; sweet and funny.

i can walk you through – sometime when you feel patient – it took me practice to get the hang of it – if you decide to just play, you can tweet & i’ll reply – i followed you 😉
when you ‘follow’ someone, it shows their tweets on the ‘home page’ when you are logged in
then you tweet someone by putting an “@” before their name
hastag words #GanzWorld #Webkinz etc. give people what to “follow” if they are searching for a specific category
