    ro, my videos worked except on BLG! hrumph! the two others went very smooth, ‘cept for Mick Koala walking around with a mind of his own for a time. Craziest thing, I was trying to get him back to the Lorax and all the clicking I did he was going every which way. I stopped clicking and he STILL staggered around on his own! 😯 I had to X out.

    Love the dragon!
    Not sure if i’m gonna get it though. I was panning on getting either the love elephant (whatever its name is) or the white tiger on sunday, but i ended up not getting either of them. I haven’t had much money lately and theres a bunch of other stuff that i want to get, so that doesn’t really leave much money for webkinz. But i’ll probably get one of them eventually.

    What a horrible weekend, for me and not too much better for FFQ. Still not feeling good herself after being sick and out of school for a few days.
    Spent most of Sat with very bad abdominal and bad stomach pain. Red liquid coming from where it should not and chucking too. When my bf found out late afternoon he went postal on me and insisted on taking me to the ER where they insisted I stay overnight.
    Saw Dr next day, she called a specialist in, after hours owasf test prep Sunday and Monday I was scoped two ways. Scemic colitis best one to have lol. 10 more days to full recovery Dr said, swell lol.

    good grief!!!!! called ganz about estore item that won’t go in room. Nice gal asked permission to log in my acct. Then said she was waiting for pets to load, it was taking awhile; then tried opening the dock, and it crashed on her. 😳 She pointed out how many items were in the dock. Told her I was working on cleaning it out; which I’ve been doing for the last hour+. Asked me to hold. Came back on and said I should call back after I empty some of the dock so they can get in there to check the item that won’t go in a room. 😳 how embarrassking. *hangs head in shame*

    I’ve used ebay occasionally; so has dh.

    Been working on decreasing the items in the BLG dock since before noon. Started with 3760, down to 3359. Doesn’t seem like much of a difference for all the time I’ve put in. πŸ™

    yeah ro, and the purple pixie pods in between coupons and furniture! truth be told, the dock has been giving me fits for awhile. Lately I started switching out of firefox to IE for that acct. Click to open dock, hold my breath, click no when the funky message pops up, then it opens. πŸ™„

    I’m so ticked. My mom only gives me $30 a month now because i have to pay my phone bill and i have to save the other half of what i get for a car. I’m sick of not having much money to spend and having to sit around all day and not have anything to do, so ive been wanting to get a job. Theres this place that i want to work at, its not very far from where i live (id be able to walk there if the weather was decent) and they are hiring right now. We went to talk to the manager today about what the hour for the shifts are because i usually dont get home until 3. He said that the last shift starts at 1, so i would only be able to work on weekends, but my mom is too much of a religious nutcase to let me work on saturdays until im 18 and the manager said that they wouldnt hire someone if they could only work one day a week. So now i have to wait til summer to apply and it will be even longer before i can get a care and i’ll have nothing to do on the weekend (as always) and i’ll have barely any money to spend until then. My mom ticks me off so much with her religious rules that she forces on everyone. I cant wait til im 18 and she’ll stop forcing her religious rules on me.

Getting the hang of the AP has made it a bit more fun, but not enough for me to willy nilly start adopting more webkinz; especially if I already have them. Grammao3 doesn’t have an AP pet; might consider a Husky, but full size, not lil’kinz.

    I left home at 18 and have been back to visit only….I saved as much money as I could and wound up joining the service to get out and get money for college….turned out I liked it, so I stayed a while.

    but you definitely have to be the kind of person who does what they are told

    language festival went well. We get about 8 high schools to participate.

    lots of cutbacks in school funding sadly tho. last year we had about 15 schools….usually languages and art and all that are some of the first programs to go….heaven forbid, they not field a football team tho

    Dee – i have no interest in joining. I want to go to college right after i graduate, but my parents wont even let me consider going anywhere other than community college for the first few years. I really want to go to a university, but my parents wont let me and i dont want to take out a ton of student loans and end up being in debt when i graduate. I told my mom that i still want to apply for a few schools and see if i can get some scholarships, but she said to not even bother with it because i still wont have enough. Im beginning to think that its not even worth it to apply because if i do get accepted, then ill just be really upset when i cant go. Ive been working really hard this year to get my gpa up, but now im beginning to wonder why i even bother because its not like id be able to go to a good school. And I don’t have any money and i wont be able to get a job until summer because of my mom.

    Be the best you can be right now. It sounds like you are going through some really rough times. You need to talk to your mom because clearly you will need a job, but your father is right and you shouldn’t save up for a car because truly college is more important. You will be surprised how much money a part-time job will make you—up to $5000 in one year — you’d also be surprised the tuition of some colleges (university of Utah) is about the same. The decisions you make now will have long term effects so make the one you think is best and stick with it. The best thing you can do now is try hard in school and just have a positive attitude.

    I think you misread the thing about my dad. College isn’t even on his mind (i didnt even bring up the college thing until after that comment) He just gets mad and tries to make everything my fault and i was complaining that i only get $30 a month to spend right now and he was saying that if i want more i can just forget about getting a car and then i can have money to spend. My parents dont even seem to care about college right now, i dont think they even realize that we need to be thinking about it now. I’m taking the ACT in 2 weeks and thats a college entrance test, the grades i get this year are the most important because they are the most recent grades that colleges look at when you apply , and i need to start applying for colleges at the beginning of the next school year. But they dont seem to realize any of that! They don’t care about my grades, they never have. I’m the one that pushes myself to get good grades. As long as i’m passing, they’re happy, but if i get lower than a B-, i’m ticked. I’m trying to get all A’s this trimester because my counselor said that that would bring my gpa up over a 3.0 and so far i’m doing pretty good with it, my only problem right now is my drawing class which i have a B in. My progress report had all A’s except for that B in drawing, but they didnt care. You’d think that after having 2 kids drop out of high school, they’d be happy that im working hard and trying to do well, but apparently not.
