I finally found sig arctic foxes at a Cracker barrel, I think they had 3 out and I bought two. The sale was over but the one manager lady gave us the sale prices any way as she remembered us in there searching for another webbir that they had sold out of at the time. PB78 picked the new turtle for herself and the new lady dino for FFQ, shhh it is a secret!

been back for a week from nyc but caught a cold on the way back so i’ve been mostly dozing off when i get home from work when i’m not sending requests. tried to catch up with the thread here (it’s the ocd in me who has to read back b4 posting) but the nyquil made me sleepy and i dozed off before i typed in a comment.
has anyone tried the wkn peeks? did it on one account and got mostly food. with the snowflake, got a facepaint on one account out of 6 and of course it’s the kiddo’s.
lastly, has anyone got extras of the holly jolly sweater and would like to trade for it? missed all the peeks during xmas-i couldn’t get webkinz to work on the netbook i bring when i travel. seems it’s gotten too slow for webkinz, the only thing i can see when i log on are ads.

ro, we had Verizon and nothing but trouble; mostly because of the wiring in our area. They supported wireless.
We now have Comcast and LOVE it!! no problems and they support wireless; we do not pay anything extra. People on phone when we first got hooked up, also the tech who came out, were super nice and helpful. We’ve been real happy.

so sorry rf 🙁 comcast customer service is notoriously awful! i suggest calling & asking for a supervisor
try your laptop directly in the modem & see if you have the problem – if so, it has nothing to do with the wifi – if not, check your phone cables going into the router – sometimes they go bad, especially if they get a surge
if you have the problem with the laptop wired directly into the modem, it has nothing to do with the wireless, so don’t tell them it’s wireless – just tell them your internet keeps going in and out with the laptop hooked directly in
i used to be the director of a customer repair department for a telecom company – we didn’t support DSL at the time, but i know A LOT about trouble shooting – i can walk you through the process, just let me know when you’re on . . .

my mother has a very similar problem with her comcast via the router
we have to unplug all the cables & power from the wall & the modem – let it sit for a couple of minutes, then rehook it all up
and it reconnects then randomly a couple of weeks later, same thing – repeat

we bought our own Cisco router? for wireless. dh did the plugs, I set it up. Last week it went out; no laptop connection. Instructions said to ‘add’ other pc. I started the process, then when I got to the point you put the flash thing in the laptop, I was already connected. 🙄 been fine ever since.
