@ Moms I am betting from past surgeries – laundry is included in things NOT TO DO – the lifting of the wet clothes and bending to pull out of washer and push into drier. NOT GOOD – please get help with that. You can sit on a chair and watch to make sure the right things are going in and out. You CAN put the soaps and softeners in. BUT let someone help you do the rest! You can sit on a couch or bed and fold when all the stuff is brought to you in the basket 🙂

this house we just had to refinish what was here

if you’ve ever had ‘high tea’ they often serve it with the scones – not really a jelly texture, but almost a lemony filling with a pudding texture

I have a Toshiba Thrive tablet but when I lay it down I can get some good typing speed going, not sure how long that can last though, hehe

krafty – the android thrive & kindle fire are different
the kindle is a ‘smaller’ type device – it’s 7″, the thrive is 7″ or 10″ i believe
it’s wifi – internet, email, apps, etc. with the android background, but it’s a little lower memory than a full tablet
when i was deciding what to wish for, the kindle fire much more meets my needs/desires – i have computers, laptops, & a blackberry – the fire was what i wanted if i had any other kind of device . . . i wanted more of an ereader, but not JUST for books, i wanted the internet, great movie & app capability – that’s what it gives me . . . i opted for a new laptop over a bigger tablet b/c if i’m going to have the limitations of a tablet, then i want a little convenient one with a lower price point (the fire) to put the differenece in $ into my laptop . . .
can you do ww on your thrive? i can do flash player things (which is why i didn’t want an ipad), but i don’t think i can actually play webkinz on the fire

hey all!
Late internet start to my day. Spent some time with Ezzy or she with me or on my head, lol restyled my hair for me (she should keep her day job, lol) and then some snuggle time with her and my heating pad as we make the 80 mile trek again tonight.
Yes my Thrive does WW though not the droid version of firefox, no flash for it yet. But the “came with” browser has flash and WW does pretty well on it, I just love it! Email, twitter, instant messaging, internet, the apps, and it is faster than my netbook since it doesn’t run WIndows. There are some games you can’t play since it doesn’t have the arrow keys but there is an accessory I saw on TV that will do that function now I have to recall or see it again to track it down.

huh? the power cord is plugged in this laptop, but the ‘juice’ was showing low and screen didn’t seem as bright as usual. Needed to jiggle the cord where it connects to the laptop to ‘kick’ it in. This has never happened before; laptop is only two years old. 🙁
