It’s cause me and my mom gave him a shower,and it was his first time,we didn’t have a blow dryer and we dried him by hand,and it’s cold today,even though the water was hot 🙁

Rash, it is not likely he has a cold, could be a kitty virus though or that he got water up her nose. Watch for nasal mucus that she sneezes out, little for a short time no big deal, lots of mucus or frequent sneezing and he should see a vet. He would not have liked a blow dryer anyway but hand drying and put on a heating pad would have been good, though not directly on it.
Water shouldn’t have been hot, hope it was only warm, critters don’t need hot water, how was he showered?

Black Friday shopping turned out to be quite productive. dd2 and I were at Target sometime around 3am-ish. It was unbelievable how organized and calm the store was. Tons of employees ready to help you, constantly re-stocking, all the check out lanes were open; it was WONDERFUL! By 4am we were at the mall with a couple minutes before Penney’s opened. Shopped another eight or nine stores and had breakfast at Johnny Rocket’s. Back to Target shopping center for four more stores that didn’t open before 5am. Last minute decision to brave Toys ‘R Us turned out to be a good one. The store was crowded, but not a mob scene. Another shopping center for BedBath&Beyond and Famous Footwear; then Boscov’s on the way home. dd’s purchases over-flowed her trunk; mine took up most of the backseat area minus dd’s extras. She dropped me home a little after 11am.
Favorite, most excited about purchase…five bronze candle lights for my front windows at almost give away prices! LOL

OH and we went to see the movie Arthur’s Christmas. TOO CUTE!!!!!! ♥ more adult humor than kid humor, but not bad like some of them. just stuff here & there that grown ups will get more so than the kids. but such a cute movie. 😉
