    Dee – I haven’t had the time to do much of the recent Newz contests. I think the last time I actually made a room was before they introduced the Nursery, Baby theme into the WShop. 🙄 If only Ganz could add more hours to the day like they add all this new stuff!! 😆

    crazy…thanks..I’m hanging in there, had another bad night ..I am seeing the Dr at 4 pm tomorrow, so maybe he can find out what is going on! lol

    ok quick question..I gained weight over the past two years due to medications and illness (long story) anywho I have lost some weight but really want to lose more..I showed my GP a picture of what I looked like a few years ago..might not have been a good idea lol (or maybe it was not sure yet) he was so taken with that picture that he actually got me approved for the lap band in TWO days time! and now he is writing me privately in emails and calling me..he hasn’t really stepped out of line, but I have this overwhelming feeling that he is INTERESTED in ME! my BF read all the emails etc, and he laughed and said looks like you have a new admirer!

    OK, I AM flattered..but I don’t want to give this Dr. the idea I am interested ( I would be if I was single lol but I am not) BUT on the other hand his helping me get the things I need medically quicker is pretty great. BUT I feel guilty..should I feel that way? what would any of YOU do? My BF says to just be friendly and keep up a good friendship unless he says or does something inappropriate that makes me feel uncomfortable. I just don’t know what to think. I DO need the help..but I am worried he might want more from me..so far he hasn’t over stepped any bounds..but he has come close..I want to keep him as my Dr. and friend and not have anyone get hurt..

    HELP!!! lol

    1. on the dr. thing, i would assume a professional relationship unless he crosses a line – i would also communicate with him as a professional to make sure i didn’t “lead him on” if i wasn’t interested . . . but i would not say anything unless he crosses your line . . .

     I don’t know all the details, Choco, but those actions wouldn’t fly at my house, certain messes/accidents need cleaning with certain products or checks (like glass) and I have and would tell my girls exactly how or what to use and I expect them to comply. Walking off would have an unfavorable response. In general, walking off might not be the best way to handle the mess or situation. It will just make your mom angry and that will snowball. My mom was going through stuff and not very reasonable while I was in high school, it was NOT easy or pleasant living with her during that time.

     I don’t care. She didn’t have to yell at me when i was trying to clean it up. I didn’t make the mess, my dad accidentally spilled a glass of juice and i offered to clean it up because he still hadn’t started eating and i was almost done. I didn’t have to clean it, he said that he would take care of it when he was done, but i wanted to be nice. No special cleaners or anything was needed, all i had to do was take a damp towel and whip it up. It could’ve been taken care of in less than 3 minutes. But no, my mom had to come in the kitchen and tell me exactly how she wanted it cleaned and yell at me when i didn’t do it right. She had to tell me exactly which towel to use, how to wring the towel out, where to start cleaning first, etc. I’m not 3 years old, she doesn’t have to go over each little step with me and yell. I’m not a baby, so stop treating my like one. I could’ve taken care of it on my own, i don’t need help. If she wanted it done a certain way, she could’ve done it herself instead of standing over me and yelling.
     I got fed up with it, threw a few towels over it and poured the rest of my dinner down the drain because i didn’t want it anymore.
     I forgot my glass of milk on the table and my dad called me in there and asked me if i was going to let it go to waste. The glass was almost full and i told him that i wont be able to drink it all right then and he started yelling at me because i supposedly had an attitude. No i didn’t! He always yells at me because apparently every time i talk i have an attitude and to him i deserve to be yelled at because of that! Its so stupid! I had no intention of drinking the stupid milk so i just put the glass back in the fridge to get him to stop yelling at me.

     Choco, only using a damp towel would leave the juice reside still on the floor, it would need some cleaner to really clean the mess. Mopping up doesn’t clean, only absorbs the spill, still need to clean the floor, counter, etc.

     Like rinsing hands doesn’t clean them, need soap too, rinsing dishes.. same thing 🙂 when a person showers or bathes, they need soap to get clean not just water

     No she didn’t NEED to yell and I am sorry she did. That was my mom’s MO, I would wake her up to go to bed and she would yell at me for nonsense for a couple hours, late at night. I had to get her up for work in the morning, no easy task, and she would yell at me for not getting her up earlier… had to make the coffee, etc… at night I had to make supper too. She would call when she was leaving work BUT then she would stop and talk to half a dozen people on the way to the car. By the time she did actually get home dinner would be dry, etc and she would complain about that too. It was a miserable time to live with her.
