Every one the I know that has Deluxe including me and my family is VERY unhappy that Gold is gone. It’s part of what we paid for.
What if you bought an outfit at the Estore that came with a hat shirt & pants and when you logged in one day the hat was just GONE & Ganz said well hardly anyone was wearing the hat so we got rid of it? Same thing. This is NOT a debate about whether or not you think Deluxe is fair. It IS about Ganz charging for something & then taking part of what you paid for away.

Zingy, I got my Zodiac trunk. I went to the estore, went to the bottom of the screen, and went to customer support. For your problem, you go to other, put in your name and email, and explain about the code. Do something like this. It worked for me!
I received an estore code in my email for purchasing a Zodiac pet. However, I received 5 bonus spree rolls instead of a star crossed chest. I was told to contact you for a replacement code. If you could do that, I would appreciate it.
That is honestly what I did, and they sent it within an hour or so. Hope this helps!

241- BTW krafty, I switched accounts after each individual contest, I didn’t enter the contest for each one on each account. I had trouble sending a room picture on one, so I had to go to another
