I don’t understand why they didn’t close school today. Theres still a bunch of snow on the roads and its only a half day! But because its a half day and no one would be able to pick my up from the bus stop and i would have to walk through a foot of snow to get home my mom just let me stay home.

gotta run get ready for the appliance guy
then i have to move the boxes and get the credenza ready for exchange this afternoon – the furniture company is bringing the replacement, so i can finally finish unpacking the office – it only took them 3 months to get their act together . . . i had to get a little ugly last week, and wonders of all wonders, they just happened to find a replacement and delivery window this week . . . 🙄

I’m not overly thrilled by any of them at this point. The egg is pretty but unless it does something i think it should of just been for sale at the W-shop.The train & the statue are the only ones that seem like adoption gifts. Unless the chair actually play music..that would be cool.

is there any way to tell which account won the token collector trophy? i can’t remember which of two of my accounts won it, so i don’t want to use the tokens on those two – let me see if i have enough on a side account to get the egg and train at least – those are the two i want the most to see what they do if anything

momsk, can I borrow your “ugly” please? THe Best Buy people and Hewlitt Packard people need some adjusting in their thinking. My laptop screen was cracked in an accident but I have the extended warranty coverage so I took it in, be GONE two weeks… nothing in policy said GONE, nothing I could do though. Two weeks pass, I call, they had to wait for the part.. ??? umm sent to a Best Buy service place and HP employee goes there to work on it since not a year old… and between the two they had NO screen? for over two weeks? yea sure! Anyway, 3 weeks I call again, got the part, should ship back in a couple days. Wait 5 days, call again, no it was not ready to ship, were still waiting for part… should be soon though. Wait couple more days, call again, they finally got the part, will be done soon. Wait a couple more, call again, no all that info not verified, system has not been updated in days, so they put through escalation notice, will call me Monday. Wednesday I call as I had no call again. Oh they were just about to call me, laptop back BUT, when they powered it up there was no back light working, the installer did NOT test it before returning it. They need to send it back AGAIN. We go round and round about how unacceptable this is, etc how there is MORE they can do just won’t, etc. Waiting more weeks is a NO, etc… Bottom line: no one intends to DO anything more than the least they can do.

the egg does nothing, but it is very pretty . . . the train is a vehicle – i put pics by full size pets so you can judge the size – as you know, the marshmallow bunny is a pretty large virtual, so the train is a nice size
