    Listening to Round & Round by Selena Gomez right now. Not a big fan of Selena’s music (i think she should just stick to acting, singing is just not her thing) but this song is ok and my friend suggested that we do this song for the lip-sync performace in drama.     I have a pretty organized house. I cook and freeze a lot, so when a school project (of mine or dds) pops up, it is one less worry. My laundry never piles up and dh will vacuum if asked. what else is there? LOL

    New prize for the Jellybean Challenge: Poncho Jelly Beans.
    It appears that this new item has replaced the Jar of Super Jellybeans that had previously been awarded to players who correctly guessed the number of jellybeans in the challenge jar. It is worth noting that, while the old prize was a “food” item, this new prize is an “object”, and it is also animated! The beans jump around in the jar. At this point there is no way to know if/when the old jar will return to Webkinz World.

    in and out. Alisha, my Astra German Shepherd had terrible skin allergies her whole life. Baths were a nightmare(she HATED water) til’ I had horses. Made up my mind if I could make a horse stand still for a bath, I could sure as heck make Astra stay put in the tub. I was never rough or mean, it was just a can do attitude on my part; confidence maybe? IOW, if you expect the worst, that’s likely what you’ll get. Expect the best, with calm resolution, and you might be surprised. Good luck!

    OOOOOH!! the night she got sprayed by a skunk was the absolute WORST!!! multiple baths with EVERYTHING! tomato juice, baby shampoo, Lava soap, you name it. πŸ™„

    Alisha-My sister dog had the same problems with the fur & the chewing. They tried the shampoo but they ended up having to change his diet.

    Alisha-believe it or not, carrots are way better for your dog to chew on than rawhide. dogs are omnivores. Certain treats & rawhides sometimes have to be eliminated from the doggies diet.

    Gramma – Actually, April’s bath went wonderful! We did some intense training before I gave her the bath so she was too mentally and physically worn out to put up a fight. Like you said, if you picture the worst, that’s just what will happen!

    Gwenda – We have April on California Natural which boasts the smallest ingredient list in the “dog food world”. We may end up having to switch to the grain free version of the same food. I absolutely hate playing the food game – it’s no fun at all!

    April absolutely LOVES carrots! We don’t give rawhide as it isn’t digested well, can cause obstructions, plus it can easily be choked on. Very dangerous. πŸ™

    As a side note, the Vet seems to think that April’s allergies are mainly environmental related, but could also possibly be food related. She is having an allergy test the 1st of October, then the results take a week to get back, so time will tell!
