I am always up at that time… I stay up with my mom til after her last breathing treatment which is frequently after 1am and then make sure she is settled for the night.. make my sister’s lunch, get morning meds ready, etc..

DH and I are ready for Earl. BRING IT ON BUDDY! 😆
We have our boat tent ready, took the bass boat to a friends house (he has a garage – we don’t), have my greenhouse all tied down to crates filled with rocks, picked up all the random things outside, etc..
We are expecting 75+mph winds tomorrow morning, I’ll try to get on here to update if possible! Everyone say a little prayer for us.

I took my Gold&White Cat and she is wearing the Nafaria Slippers, and people kept asking for them, even after i say they are not for trade so people would say “what if i give you this…” “they are not for trade” “Ok what about this?”

I got a letter from the People to People program my teacher nominated me to in 7th grade and its an opportunity to go to France, England, Germany, and the Netherlands, I opened the letter since it just had a sticker on it then I closed it back up and the info meeting in in October, but I put it back in the mail pile. That night, I looked in the mail pile and it wasn’t there, I looked a little in the trash, not much but it wasnt there. I really would like to go I know it would be expensive, but its not like just go there to say you;ve been there, but to LEARN!! And being in that program would be great to put on college application.

Flow~ I was in girl scouts when i was younger, didn’t like it too much. Signed up for band and my parents bought me a clarinet, i got bored with it after the first year. And im pretty sure i asked to be in soccer when i was in first grade…

I never did girl scouts, band, sports, etc. I just don’t see how they will help me in the future . . . Sports help you learn to work in a ‘team’ but that doesn’t work for me b/c theres so mant stupid people out there!! I’m gonna work alone, I think. Not like alone alone, but not in a big team where we have to communicate alot and stuff! I’m just a loner . . . And usually I’m fine with that! 😉

I was in band for 2 years. The first year i liked it, but by the second year i was tired of it. The wouldn’t let me leave half way through the year so i just pretended to play. I didn’t tell my parents about the concerts that i was supposed to go to so that they wouldn’t take me. After i missed 2 concerts my band teacher wasn’t very happy.
I never did sign up for soccer, but me and my did ask about it.

Good morning!
DH and I woke up this morning at 4am because it was SO humid in the house that we couldn’t sleep. Finally decided to go for a drive at 5:30 to get cooled off and check on the lobster boat. On the way there a transformer blew up right as we were driving by. Scared me half to death. I told DH I was ready to go home. LOL
We lost power for 2 hours – it just came back on a little bit ago.
The wind is gusting pretty good, but we are supposed to get the majority of the wind and rain around noon today I believe. As long as we have power I’ll try to check in a few more times to let everyone know what is going on. 🙂 For now everything here at the house is still intact! Fingers crossed!

I just woke up from my nap. My dad is unloading the dishwasher, so there are all of these clinky-crashing sounds, and my sister got this bouncy ball from her teacher, so she’s been bouncing that and it makes noise. And plus, she’s evil, so every few minutes she’d take my bedroom door and open it, and then SHUT IT so that It would make this really loud noise. I can still here it from a different room, with the door closed all the way, farther away from the action, but it’s sill REALLY loud. Can’t my mom tell them to shut up!? If she doesn’t then I certainly will!
