School is starting for most. Some are excited and some are nervous. My first day of school was last Monday and I was kinda in between excited and nervous. It turned out to be one of the best first days of school ever! I hope your first day of school will be the same as mine was! Kitty~ I sometimes find webbies at thrift stores without codes (and sometimes with codes) and sometimes i will buy them (depending on which ones they are) At the Meijer by me they have alot of webkinz, but they put them on one fo those endcap thingys and almost everytime i go there about half of the webkinz are missing their codes! Its terrible!

If you saw these results, it was worth it. Its not heavy coverage, just light coverage but woo I love it and its all natural. Animal cruelty free!!! How many products at Walmart are cruelty free?

Kitty~ FL is nice, i have some family that lives down there. Usually when we visit it is in the winter, i’ve never been down there in the summer but my parents used to live in FL and they said that its wayyyy to hot there in the summer. I live in MI and we have decent summers, though lately its been pretty hot.

Im trying to get my face to clear up, its not really bad, but its not really good either. I just started using a different soap and i really don’t think its working very well, my mom said that it will take about 2 months for it to start working, i don’t think it will take that long for it to work though.

CC- You can try a pressed powder, the covergirl stuff pressed powder isn’t that bad. Get the one that says it has no scent (it does have a clean but it much better than the other) Liquid foundation would not make you less shiny. Make sure you get the right shade though.
Instead of using the powder puff, get one of the brush packs at CVS (essense of beauty) and its like $15 for 5 brushes (eyeshadow, foundation, powder, ect) or you can get like one brush for like $5. They work pretty good and they are inexpensive. A brush, any powder brush (even if its like $3) will work way better than that little puff thing.

Some stuff at walmart is good, esp mascara like Covergirl orginal lash blast. (woo afforable) and CG pressed powder, but things like foundation I would like to splurge on. If I am putting it all over my face, I want to make sure thats its good.

Flow~ I had some pressed powder (it was Clinique) it worked pretty well, but i ran out of it, it was just one of those sample ones so it was pretty small. I dont like Clinique makeup that much but thats all my mom buys, she says that all other makeup makes your face breakout 🙄 she has no idea what shes talking about.

I tried the clean makeup and the oil control make my hand really dry so i got the regular stuff when it was on sale for like $3 at CVS (it was the old brand) and it didn’t work very well at all and it stunk so bad!!!

moms!!! I remember!! could you please ask your contact to see about making the older fireplaces burn like the new ones? and also…the furniture and room themes truly need to be made to use in ANY room type. The woodsy looking theme, that only can go in the tree top rooms, would be great with some of the endangered species wallpapers. I’m running out of room ideas and need more flexibility. I hate the fluoride treatment. Alana- If you brush and floss often you don’t have to worry. Just make sure you floss good so theres no cavities inbetween the teeth.

hi crazy! – JR does get the summer off. he’ll start homeschool next week. we have lots of activities planned. traditional school in the area starts next wed, so that is when he will start. JR loves playing on: http://www2.shidonni.com/default.htm
The games are for younger children, but helikes the novelty of drawing your own pet then playing with it. (You don;t really play with it tha much, but it is different than anything else.
Momskinz – my suggestion for Ganz was to make the names on the selection bar in the trading bar RED if the person is already trading and green if they are able to trade. It is frustrating to go from the room to the name bar just to get the “that member is already trading” pop up. Then click on all the names or go back to the room to see who isnot trading.

Flow – yes mellow-yellow is hard to find. It’s not as bad for you as the Dew. I was addicted to Mountain Dew. I have been Dew-free for one year and 3 months. 🙂 I used to drink a soda a day in the morning.

Flow – They have all different styles. Bootcut, Super Stretchy Skinny Jeans, Plain Skinny Jeans, Hole Short Jeans, every kind. My Old Navy store has like, this HUGE section of jeans. It takes up the whole wall, and not a single person was by it. For some reason everyone was in the PJ section. LOL ❓ Anyway, I was like, “Now is my chance!” so I got 6 pairs. I love Jeans! ♥

Krafty is probably on fb. and yes as a friend put it facebook can be a HUGE TIME S-U-CK!
JR really loves that the games are free and there is no cost (although they always give you the option to spend on points to get stuff).
I must say that the only advantage of fb games (because you do get addicted to Leveling up: and collecting stuff) is that webkinz events ran out of fun for JR. He will do his daily activites and some hourlies and trade some, but then he is bored with webkinz. we just can’t buy new plush or buy stuff he wants. On fb the stuff you want is earned by gaining a level.

I totally underestand getting addicted to stuff and the fear of it. I often start my prayers with – Oh Lord, I am so sorry for time spent doing XYZ instead of in prayer.
JR finally overcame his Farmville addiction when his farm got too big. The games are really simple for your kids (on the other hand). ;0

KG, i homeschooled for 2 years. 4 & 5th grade. it was VERY difficult. teaching something is TOTALLY different than knowing it if you know what i mean. and i truly am too ADD.
it can be very busy, or not. it depends on what you do with it. i really tried to have him involved in as much as i could. (we were busy alot) he did need to know how to get on in the real world. but by the time he hit middle school he went back.
funny, cause that is probably when i should have started to homeschool him. 😕

I got a book called “What Every Second Grader Should Know” and tried to teach about ancient civilization, I got books from the library to help and still it was so hard to explain.

I know very bright children that daydream in school because it is so boring at times.
I hate that learning in school can’t be more enjoyable in the older grades.

I took her to the planetarium and what a disappointment.
She had talks about it for months and was so excited.
The program was not for younger kids, it was boring for me too.

KG if you focus on reading, reading, reading. that is HUGE!! reading is the MOST important thing!! unfortunately government schools get so caught up in “teaching the Fcat” i think (IMO) alot of real learning is lost too. NOT that they don’t learn mind you. i have WAY too many people in the teaching field to bad mouth it, but it has turned into teaching for the test i think. 😳

I would love to do a online school program, school is always boring, but it would be better at home. I know how to teach myself. No horrible teachers, you can ‘misbehave’ by talking in class lol

I think it would be GREAT to go to school online, like right now. College, i wouldn’t care. At high school, you are there because you are supposed to be there. At college, you are there to learn. You PAY to go there. So you don’t really need friends in your class.
