Flow-I’m “biased” & proud of it. 🙂 but I know where you’re coming from..I felt the same way for years before I came to Christ. BTW TRUE Christianity isn’t about religion(hypocrites are ‘religious’) it’s about relationship. 😉 One I hope you have someday sweet Flow.

flowiing – biased . . . hhhmmmm . . . we’re gonna have a talk
i like them biased, safe, reminding me of positive things . . . that being said, i listen to ALL types of music, not JUST “Christian” genre – I like rock – nickelback, kid rock, offspring, lady gaga, some other pop, rap, country, classical, oldies – really just about everything . . . but with the children – I control what they hear, that’s why i said that is basically all we listen to in the car – Christian or radio Disney (or my ipod which isn’t always the ‘kid-friendly’ choice 😯 ) they are learning far too much with lyrics, and I like knowing they are getting a healthy (even if ‘biased’) message . . . don’t you think every artist is biased in some way??? maybe biased wasn’t what you meant???

Hey everyone! Back from school orientation! I just realized my school is run by idiots! The principal doesn’t know any students names, and my counselor is a big moron!!!!! She gave me classes I did not sign up for and have never heard of. She also gave me the wrong teacher for biology, as I am in an academy within the school that has one bio teacher!! Grrr!!! Sorry Nuug, but ask to switch counselors, we have designated counselors and I have no clue who mine is but I have met all of them at some or another and it will only be my second year at this school! I like the counselor I have seen the most and has fixed my schedule problems, though!

I wait to school shop for dd because you guys grow too fast! I do pick up supplies (the basics) throughout the year as I see them on sale. Then when we get the list, I let her get “special” stuff (for example a real pretty binder to go with the plain ones I bought).

Patsie – what dd and I have learned is if you get the plain white ones, you can put scrapbook paper or pictures or whatnot under them. Then you can change them out when you want! I do like pretty folders tho! I know Target had a bunch of their stuff on sale and big lots and Walgreens! For awhile I had a giant bag of glue bottles because I found them for one cent, so I had to buy 100! LOL
Thankfully we found some craft stuff online to make to help deplete my stock. Plus I used to give stuff to the schools when they needed stuff.

I went to Delias yesterday, got some capris, shirt and belt. They have a promotion for $10 off when you try on any jeans, I was actually there to try on jeans for that purpose only (I didn’t know about the promotion until I got there!) If anyone has one by them, i would go there and try on some jeans. You get $10 off ANYTHING regular priced, so you can get a bracelet for like $2.50. It does not apply to clearance though

gwen, i am truly praying for you & your son!!! it is an awesome thing to have the Lord in your life!! it does give comfort. i truly don’t know how people face real issues without the comfort of Jesus. 😕 i also know how sometimes we can loose sight of that too. 😳 but we are human & although we should be giving it all to the LOrd. sometimes we forget that he is in control. i think, or rather it sounds to me as if your really in a good place with your relationship with the Lord. that says a lot (imo) just about how you & your son will be able to deal with this long term.
it sounds to me like your son is TRULY blessed to have you! that will make a HUGE difference in his life. some kids don’t even have one good parent. 😉 i will & am praying for the situation. and you know you can email me ANYTIME!!!!! ♥

I got like 8 pairs of jeans, 2 jackets, a blazer, a sweatshirt thing, some jewelry and a BUNCH of tops at american eagle. i went to H&M and the line was a little long and I only liked 2 shirts. Delias had a justice beaver shirt LOL

I got enough jeans for a week!!! WOOO my mom opened a credit card with them so we saved 15%, but we had a 30% OFF coupon so i wish they applied the 30% off first and then the 15%, we would have saved another $20

My computer just crashed like it has done a bunch since we got it! Best Buy sends it back to the company who made it, Best Buy says it is fixed and it never is! The good thing is this only the first or second crash of the day!
