Webkinz Newz Chillin’ Sea Lion Contest Winner!
Congratulations to our blog friend Nuug on winning a Chillin’ Sea Lion Code from a Webkinz Newz Contest! Webkinz Newz wanted to know who the Chillin’ Sea Lion met at the beach.
Here is Nuug’s winning story:
One sunny day at the Kinzville Beach, the Chilln’ Sea Lion, Spotter, decided to relax while watching the beautiful ocean waves. She almost fell asleep when suddenly something caught her eye out in the waves. There was a drowning animal thrashing around. The Chilln’ Sea Lion swam as fast as she could out to the drowning animal and pulled him ashore. He turned out to be a Chimpanzee. Spotter saved his life and propped him up onto her beach-chair. Spotter asked what his name was, and he told her it was Nanners. Spotter asked the Chimapanzee why he was in the ocean, because he was supposed to be a jungle animal. Nanners told Spotter that he got tired of his jungle life and decided to become a surfer. Spotter did not know how to surf, so she asked Nanners for lessons. Nanners agreed to teach the Chilln’ Sea Lion how to ride the waves and they became the best of friends while out on their boards surfing the waves.

Dee – LOL! You’re a hoot! Nobody around here says “Eh?” I was kind of disappointed when I first moved here and found that out. I think it’s used more in Central and Western Canada.
We do have a Tim Hortons locally…. however the A&W is about 40 minutes away.
I’m originally from West Virginia, so I guess you could call me an Americanadian!

Oh yeah, you fish, dh has been to newfoundland, st johns many times when he returned from the desert. dd had an arcadian (is that correct?) group play at her school. We did love stopping in the groceries up there. Way cool food. And we hit the mall in Edmonton and bought post cards. We were pretty much frontiering in on the alcan coming from Anchorage. We have lots of bear outside the car pics. City folk just would not get it.

A&W is like the only fast food restaurant in a bunch of small towns including my grandparents. In the small towns is where you get the REAL good rootbeer float. If you go in a big city its not as good. The rootbeer there tastes richer. If you are in a little town, go to A&W

According to the updated Webkinz World Front Page, only Triceratop Owners are to receive a Retirement Cupcake, although some owners have reported still not receiving theirs. Published in Webkinz Newz, Ganz had announced that everyone would be receiving a Cupcake to celebrate this great pet, so we hope that Ganz will clear up the confusion if it is actually Triceratop Owners or all Webkinz World players who are supposed to receive a special cupcake.
