Oooh – our first peek at one of the newest exclusives!  Ganz is also teasing about a “New Feature” also coming next week.  Yeah!

The Red Plasma Ball is a new exclusives included in next week’s release. 

Keep an eye on the Kinzstyle Outlet!  Beginning yesterday, PJ is occassionally offering a unique special item!  Yesterday she offered the Clown Costume, and today she offered the Clown Shoes.  Similar to rare items, each account may only purchase ONE special item; however, unlike rares the specials are offered simultaneously across all accounts (American, Asian, European).

Webkinz Newz has also provided us with names of some of the March PSIs that we showed on previous posts.

    oh, and yes, the green lamp was the last one, and it retired in September 2008

    i got that lamp with adoptions – has it REALLY been that long? ha! it has – it was released in May, retired in Sept. which was FAST!

    Hello!! gymbo, where did you find the info about the clown outfit being available again tonight at 8? I only found the outfit and shoes because I have a bit of OCD about checking the curio and kinzstyle every hour if I’m home. 😳

    I was out most of today and often distracted worrying about what I was missing. On a high note, I bought a Charcoal Cat for $3.48, that price included our 7% sales tax! WOO HOO!! I was ready to pay $12.99. When the man rang it up and said $3.48 I thought it was a mistake. He said they were on sale for 70% off!! sale ending yesterday, but he gave me the sale price anyway. I would have bought a few more, except for the looks I was getting from my sister. 🙁

    WOW cats 😯 i would be trippin if i were to see that!!!!! we saw snow once…or maybe 2x’s when i was little! once we went to Indiana & once to Maryland…i remember the Indiana trip more than anything bc EVERYTHING was white & i got to shoot a pistol (that is the only thing i remember about the whole trip)!! LOL well i think i do remember walking in the front door of the house (i don’t even know who’s house it was)??? 😕 i mean it was my dads family, but i couldn’t tell ya who??? LOL

    JR is very excited about the new pets and the Plasma Ball new exclusive. We both love it, as well as the clown costume. JR said it’s not fair that PJ did not “warn” regular customers. He has been buying the deal of the day almost hourly to get her to give him something better. Hmmm… not how Ganz thinks.. 🙁

    I thought I made a great trade for JR. I traded for the Zum Magical Forest Wall Map. I am sure he will love it! (I hope so as I traded one of his two beloved Jelly Bean trees.)

    Anyway – Zummie marble savers BEWARE! This map is almost as small as the Christmas Holly. It is bigger in the dock, than on the wall in a room. Tiny, tiny, tiny. He will be disppointed in the size for sure.

    Admins – can we start to get pictures of Zum items in the rooms for reference? JR has already saved zummies to get the Plush Zum, T-shirt, Hat, Jacket and Cloud Car. I can provide pictures. The car is tiny too. (No, he won’t trade any of them.)

    JR is finally sleeping. We were up all last night. Rough 24 hours. Sorrry to miss everyone. Hope you are all well.

    Our school is so DUMB!!! They changed the forecast to 12-18 inches of snow for us!! Wow! Its suppose to come in at noon today. Did my school cancel??? NOPE of course not. All the towns around us did. Its coming and its gonna hit HARD. Its gonna be funny when its a blizzard and they have to take the bus kids home and all those kids lives are in their hands. A town 20 MINUTES away from us closed. My school will NOT close unless they absolutely HAVE TO. Just becuase theres no snow now, just wait til noon.

    New Kinzville Park Feature: Keeping the Park Clean

    For the past few days Ganz has been giving us bits and pieces of information on what is going to happen during the scheduled site maintenance this week. A sort time ago they revealed a new feature that will be arriving at the Kinzville Park.

    Starting next week, players will be able to pick up “trash” in the Kinzville Park. Placing the trash in the “Trash Recycler” will earn players a “Green Score”. Players collecting trash will earn rankings they can display on MyPage, and they will also have a chance at earning some “environmentally-friendly prizes” for their effort.

    New feature teaching kids – I like it! New virtual prizess too, I hope.

    What did I tell you? School was dismissed early. They had us use our cells to call parents and it was CHAOS!! Thats what they get for now just canceling it. On the bright side, we went half the day, which they said we can count it as a day. So we won’t have to make us 2 days, jsut one. (I’m assuming no school tomorow).

    I’m sure, by now, you realize that your concert Saturday night is not going to happen. Even if it does happen, it’s not likely we will attend. Forecasts are calling for as much as 12 inches of snow/sleet toward the VA line, with the dividing line between 12′” north of Raleigh to as little as .2″ around Fayetteville. How far south the line goes toward our area and the beaches, depends on how far the cold air mass drops through NC from VA. The snow will be caused by moisture coming up from the south and cold air coming down from the north. They are scheduled (according to weather computers) to meet in NC. I expect you will see many inches of snow in Gxxxxx and going to the church for your concert may be your least concern. Be sure you get the kids some boots, etc. Medlin & Dorman is selling a type of snow device that looks a bit like a Bogey board but is slightly curved up. Just sit on it and slide…………. Look at your local ACE hardware for one. Your back yard would be great for one of these. Get some canned milk for snow cream so you don’t have to use the regular milk which, not only may be in short supply, you may not be able to get out to get it. Might want to consider parking your truck out at the top of your drive, because it might not make the hill up your driveway.

    If the forecasters are wrong, we will attend, but it doesn’t look good for travel.

Michigan is a beautiful state, well upnorth it is in the nice forests and hills and all that, i go upnorth every year for a Mother-Daughter retreat at a camp that our church (well not just my church, but all the sister churches and stuff all over the country) it has 500 acres or so, it is beautiful! Once you get away from the citys its great. But i do hate the weather, oh that that roads! Michigan has the WORST roads ever!!!! Potholes in the roads everywhere!!!

    I would love to live on the west side of the state though. The other side of the state is alot nicer than it is here. My english teacher grew up on the west side of the state and he tells us about it sometimes on our descussion days as he calls them (or blowoff days as we call them)

    Jd~ He is an awesome teacher, sometimes someone with say something and the teacher will just say “Oh forget it, we’ll do this tomarrow” and we will have a descussion about it, it doesnt happen very often but its still fun. Today we had a descussion about the meeting all the teachers in my grade went to yesterday about how 35% of the students in my grade are failing and the coniquences of failing a class when your in high school and then somehow we got on the subject of the school rules nad the mean teachers in the school (and he agreed that some of them are mean) We did get about 30 minutes to work but most of the hour was spent talking.

    He wasnt sitting in his assigned seat, he was sitting in the one next to his getting the notes from yesterday from a friend because he wasnt in school yesterday, i dont see how he did anything, he was just trying to catch up on the work he missed, but the teacher was already ticked off at other people for something else. But really, she was treating him like a little kid, no one likes that teacher. In 5th hour was started a little descussion about some of the teachers in the school and my 5th hour teacher said its because they dont understand our generation, my 5th hour teacher does understand us and he respects us thats why everyone likes him. But still that teacher had to right to punish him like a child.

My school would never send us home in the middle of the day, it would cause too much trouble, our school has almost 2,000 students so i would be pretty hard to get them all home even though most of the Juniors and Seniors drive to school, it would just cause too much chaos.

    On half days its different because we know ahead of time that we wll get out early. Usually when we get a big snowfall they think about how much snow we will have by the time school ends and based on that at how much snow will be on the grounds at 7:30 and how fa cleared the roads are thats how they decide our snowdays.

    I love wearing flipflops, i would wear them all year if i could but i cant do that where i live. Some people in my school are so stupid, there are guys in my school that wear shorts in this weather, i saw 4 of them today, have fun getting frostbite freaks!

    choco- yeah we have had a few cold days this year but they were like in december and it was like 50 degrees but very windy cuz i am 1 mile from the beach and there were girls wearing those really short shorts, flipflops and a hoodie and there like i am cold and i was like no dur

    There is this lady in my Bio class and she is a teacher assistant or something, she is so mean! She thinks that she runs the class, but she is not out teacher. I had my MP3 Playing in my pocket today, i was not listening to it and i took it out to up it in my purse and she took it from me, we are allowed to have them in school so i dont see why she had to take it if i wasnt using it! I got it back at the end of class but still.

    in PE we were outside in the feild today and my period has about 300 kid in it cuz there are 6 PE teachers and these guys did a ‘ Jerk circle’ and it was so funny the teachers thought there was a fight and Matt got suspended it was hillarios and Andrew was like it is a good excuse for making a circle and were like what are u talking about he is always so weird

    but i have this really cool teacher, Mr. Gaviglia and he lets us listen to our ipod if we do our work and he lets us take out phones and eat and do anything and since he respects us as ‘young adults’ he trusts us and people in my class like that they always behave and stuff. but mr gaviglia is really funny sometimes we like spend the whole class period just like talking about food it was funny

    We can also use our phones at lunch (as long as we dont get caught 😉 ) though thats basically hour it is all day, we can use them all day in school as long as we dont get caught. The only time i can text is at Lunch, in Bio, Spanish, and English. At lunch me and my friends sit at a table by the window in the new cafeteria (we have 2 cafeterias, 1 of them was just built last year along with the freshmen wing of the school) and none of the lunchladies every go by use so we never get caught.

    We can eat outside too, there is this big open area in the middle of the school by the cafeterias that has tables and people eat out there when its nice out, so basicly there 3 places for us to eat, new cafeteria, old cafeteria, and outside.

    Mklbes~ The Panther Den (our mascot is the panther so thats how it got its name) is like a school store type thing, the marketing class runs in and they have a slurpee machine in there, coffee machine, and they sell pop, chips, candy, and much more. They usually hae the lights dimmed and the music on and they have a big stuffed pather in one of the corners.

    i think we havve like 3000-3500 my school is really large campus there are 16 buildings plus portables and my first period is in building 5 and my second period is in builing 15 and it takes me the whole 5 minutes, while speedwalking to get to it and not be late i dont even have time to talk to friends i just have to hurry cuz 2 tardies and you have a detention and my math teacher if ur like 1 second late he is like detention and were like but i came from building ect and he will be like then run! so yeah but i got to go TTYL.

    We only have 1 building, but it is very big, over the past few years there have been quite a few additions, the new cafeteria, the freshmen wing, improvments to the pool, the weight room was made a bit bigger, and a new computerlab. At my school 2 tardys equals 1 absence, we can make up 2 tardies per trimester with 2 detentions though, but that is optional.

    Okay folks, the April and May Webkinz releases are on the site. They can’t be ordered yet, so instead of calling it a pre-order, I’m taking allotments. This just means if you want one, I’ll write you down for it. We never know what Ganz is going to send and what will sell out/retire early. If you want any Webkinz currently in stock or February/Easter releases coming in soon and expect them right away (Zumbuddy included), you’ll have to order those separately and have them shipped out first. I can’t hold newer products like Zumbuddy until say, May Webkinz shipped. That’s unfair to those interested now and ready to purchase. I hope you understand.

    It’s a jam packed week for information. New Ty products are up on the site too for anyone who collects both Ty and Webkinz. I just got a catalog from them and the next two months’ worth of products are on the site as well.

    One other thing I can definitely say is, the Peace Puppy Webkinz was inspired by Ty’s popular Garcia and Peace bear tie-dye Beanie Babies from the late 1990’s (after musician Jerry Garcia.) Ty is also issuing a new Peace bear for 2010 to commemorate one of the most popular Beanie Babies of all time. I know all products with the Peace symbol on them are very popular and collectible, and the Peace Puppy / Peace Beanie are no exceptions. If you’re also wondering why Ganz releases so many fantasy products, i.e. Bubblegum Cheeky Cat, Cocoa Dinosaur, etc. take a look at the Ty directory of Beanie Babies. They got a twelve year start on Webkinz so there’s definitely some inspiration coming from both sides.
