Updates – Retired Theme, New Theme, New Superbed, & More
This new Kid’s Theme has replaced the now retired Kid’s Theme! (Yeah, that’s confusing, huh? LOL) NOTE: DO NOT place the new wallpaper (Yellow Daisies Wallpaper) or flooring (Playful Squares Flooring) in your room at this point because it has a glitch that will lock you out of your room!Â
We also have a new Superbed with today’s update: the Explorer Adventures Bed. This bed is Indoor or Underwater only (not outside) 🙄

A few more new items:
The top row are all part of the Princess Theme…
Enchanted Dreams Bed, Spoiled Royal Side Table, and Contessa Candle Wall Sconce
Then we have Louie’s Mustache, Christmas Countdown Armoire, and Caring Valley Mint Chocolate
I don’t know why the Armoire is just now being added, but it is.
The Mustache and Armoire are NOT sendable, but the CV Mint Chocolate is!
And, of course, the Princess items are sendable too!
They added in the Beaver, the Signature Dutch Bunny, the Tree Kangaroo, and the Old English Sheepdog!
All of those have been seen in the Webkinz Newz!
Here’s one that I think is new…
The MarshMallow Bunny:
It’s PSI is the Marshmallow Seeds which will give you the Farm Fresh Marshmallows. The food item is the Miniature Marshmallow Plate!
I wasn’t sure you’ve seen the PSI for the Signature Dutch Bunny either, so here it is the Tulip Tower Windmill! The blades rotate!

Howdy AuntHaley – glad you were able to pick up the old Kid’s theme this morning. I miss chatting and hope you are doing great!
Does anyone have any guesses which item from the retired kids theme won’t be in the curio shop? The least expensive items are the gumball machine, kids bookshelf and boom box.
Momskinz – now seriously, placing an explorer adventure bed outdoors would just be too adventerous!! Webbies can just enjoy exploring inside the house from the new bed. lol I still can’t believe we can’t use sand flooring in an underwater room. They really need your genious in the planning commitee. I hope you get your snow. I am staring out the window at the frozen lake (just ice, no snow) and it is covered with rocks from kids trying to break the ice. It is a weird looking frozen rock garden. Have a good day moms.
I like the new theme, especially the wallpaper. I still wish they would be kind and give advance warning of a theme retiring. Why a “negative” surprise?? It just leads to disappointed kiddies (and adults). Ganz should all go to customer service training. You surprise paying customers with GOOD things.

hey, moms… when we lived in Georgia we never had snow but we did have a horrible ice storm the one year, no electric for 3-4 days, trees knocked down and frozen to the streets… they were not prepared for such events… one restaurant in town was still able to be open, not sure how… if you drove around back streets you could get to the restaurant… it was NOT fun… my dad fell down 3 of the stairs in the basement (not sure why he needed to go down there, lol and miscounted the stairs)

what a small world for sure, two of the bloggers here being familiar with the one storm and you care right, moms.. all of GA is not prepared for such storms, I am not sure they would be prepared even today for them, lol
during my time there was when the one worker fell off of the scaffolding while they were working on the carving in the mountain and they stopped the work for a time… we road the train around the mountain though and my dad and older sisters (not ME, of course) took sailing lessons at the mountain
go figure on the gumball machine… I am still getting a batch and the bookcases and a couple of the sofas…

if retired items are sold in the curio shop, can i ask why people still stock up on them? i know it’s harder to come by, but to prices sky rocket? of course, all except for the one that goes bye bye forever… do you just hope to stock up on the right piece?

Just thinking how glad I am it was the kids theme and not one of my favorites that was retired. Fawkes Phoenix’s room is done in the kids theme ’cause the colors went good with the bed he came with. I haven’t used it anywhere else.
When they announced there was a theme retiring, I started buying bunches of the jungle pieces I like/love and the Country Home furniture; also the Farm theme things in the Curio.
