Good morning everyone.
Long time without posting a thing 🙁 I’m so sorry but life’s been a little busy lately. I’m done with all the christmas shopping, ordering online helped a lot from Amazon.com.
I miss talking to you guys, I have not loged in webkinz for days. haven’t really checked email but did see a few and THANK YOU THANK YOU for the generous gift friendz 🙂 Because of that I want to do a contest with pet code……….I just love the season of giving!
I have family members coming today, starting with my inlaws, then tomorrow the rest of the fam are getting here. Supposed to have 31 people total spending the night!!!!! So now you see why I have not had much time on the pc.

3years ago we had 34, some were sleeping in the laundry room, some in the theater room and all over the place. Everyone’s bringing blankets and pillows (I don’t have enough of those), and for dinner on christmas eve everyone’s briging some side dish

My grandma has a chili stew recipe that feeds a good amount of people. It’s warm, so it would work for cold weather, but isn’t really christmassy
CHILI STEW
Ingredients: (already doubled to serve 20)
2 lb ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 small green peppers, chopped
2 can (~15oz) great northern beans
4 cans (~15oz) kidney beans
2 cans (~15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (~14.5 oz) diced tomatoes w/ garlic & onion
2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
2 cans (4oz) chopped green chilies
10 tsp chili powder (can add a pit more for a little more punch, grandma’s version is mild)
1 tsp salt
Brown the meat w/ the onions & green peppers, drain, and then add the rest. Bring to boil & then simmer for 15min, stirring occasionally.
