    If one of your customers doesn’t like a product, would you have to pay the shipping so it goes back to Avon?

    I just did a return for my mom, the nail polish she ordered was black not twilight like she expected… no problems… just ordered her a replacement…in this case

    if the customer is local, I would handle the shipping through Avon, over the net orders, I would have to check on that to be sure…

    in this case since it was a nail polish, they said to not send it back… and the customer would not pay a second shipping charge (shipping handling is only 75 cents regardless of what you order and I waive that if under $10)

    Because I ordered some stuff from my moms friend and this foundation I got was oily and it showed up on my face (too light) so I didn’t like it.
    The face primer I got broke me out and well I got two ‘daring curves mascara’ when I only wanted one, and i wanted a waterproof mascara, that I never got, but instead I got two of the daring curves ones. Those give me spider lashes.. and it makes me look like I have 5 lashes… I never said anything about the waterproof mascara.
    Problem is, I got half price off all I bought, but still a lot of it still cost $5. The other mascaras I got are good.
    I asked my mom if she could take it back to her friend and she is like ‘NO! You can’t return Avon! And shes going to have to pay to send it back to Avon! Stuff like this, you don’t return especially when its from a friend”

    Flowiing, Avon has a satisfaction guaranteed policy, they back up their products and the customer must be happy or they will do what ever to make them happy. Sounds like your mom’s friend isn’t on the ball with ordering.. the rep does not eat the cost of making the customer happy though… so you should be able to get the products you want, exchange to get products that go with your skin type and conditions, etc… there is no problem doing that… 🙂 you could even contact another rep to handle it for you but it would be best to go through the one that you bought them products through… Avon will make it good for you!

    choco was it you the other day who asked about the number of rooms our webbie houses have? Mine is rather sprawling, counting was tricky. Near as I can tell there are 66rooms, 25outdoor yards, and 11bathrooms. That’s for 55 webbies.

    Also a pleasant surprise…more choices have been added to the rename room list of names. I was very happy to see ‘frontyard’, and ‘theatre’, and play yard was one too I think. Cafe was in the list. I guess that will be for the new cafe theme hinted at. Do you know ’bout where Christmas stuff hits the wshop and Curios?

    I use the yards to spread out the rooms; also use hallways and common rooms. The rooms aren’t all bedrooms; they’re businesses, stores, restaurants, salon, mini spa. If the webbie looks grown up, they go to work(most of ’em). If they look younger, they go to school. The lil’s have adults taking care of them. Then there’s the Harry Potter wing I’m still tweaking.

    Hey all. Made it back from the “city”.

    The mall: Love that place – SO may freaks to stare at! LOL. So mean of me, I know! 😳 But there were many “varieties” of people there, lets say that. 😆 It was fun. A LOT of fun! My dad is a card. His comments and even just the way he looks at me after we passed someone weird – its hilarious! Ha ha. So mean, aren’t I?

    Long story, short, we came home with 2 webbies: my Sis’s Ribbon Unicorn, named Clara, and my Caterpillar named “Keight” (get it? eight legs? Keight? You know, Kate? no? don’t get it? ok 😛 ) LOL. My mom came up with Keight and I just though it was to clever! 🙂

    My first webkinz was a gift form my friend, I was living in Florida away from home and my friend mailed me out one because I couldn’t have a pet where I was living and I missed my dog(he got me the white terrier) . I felt bad that my webkinz was alone all day so I bought it a friend…and now I am addicted…lol!

My mom had taken my to the mall to get a coat and once we were done getting my coat she bought me an ice cream and while i was eating it i looked over at FYE and noticed the most adorable stuffed raccoon and my mom asked me if i wanted it and bought it for me. 9 monthes later i found this awesome blog!

    I shouldn’t complain, when I first got here there was NO webkinz! I was lucky to find the very first ones ( white rabbit, terrier, cow) and they would be about 20 dollars each! But now they are slowly leaking on to amazon..so happy!

    He had to have a week off without pay, but he did like 40 hours of overtime (where her works hours he’s not scheduled for and he gets paid extra, cause like they want the guys to like be able to wrap it up) so it didn’t make a difference.

    Nope, sorry guys, if I get another I will but I want to keep at least one of the tough items — I have been following this little thing someone posted on wi about going to the left, pass the two skinny trees, the next tree, click on the first fairy that pops up that came from completely behind the tree. I have been doing it about three weeks.

    It seems to really work. I have hit the male plush, the woodland dress, now the tiara, I am down to one more silver key to reopen the door. I have 6 gold and actually 2 green keys. I have been more of the bigger stuff and less of the food and I have only hit about 6 sap glop since I started. recommend trying it

    I stopped doing the woodland until I read the instructions, I always seem to get the sap glop — now that I am getting more, when I am on, I try to hit it. The accounts with more of the figurines seem to get the bigger items, but it is working.

    choco — just past enough to see the first fairy that pops up from directly behind the tree and I click on it as soon as I can get a fix on it. Sometimes it does not give you anything so I click the next fiary.
