Many people were frustrated when logging in to Webkinz on Earth Day Sunday when they did not receive the Wind Farm Turbine Earth Day Login Gift.

There is a fix now, but it is working only for accounts being logged into for the first time Sunday after the fix. If you logged into Webkinz World before the Earth Day fix, you will not receive your gift when you log in again.   As far as we know at this point, you need to phone Ganz on Monday at 1-866-WEBKINZ if you have not received your Earth Day gift by then.

Hopefully Ganz will realize the unnecessary frustration and aggravation with requiring customers to contact Ganz for a login gift and will automatically award the prizes without causing further customer dissatisfaction . . .

UPDATE FROM WEBKINZ:

For those of you who logged in yesterday morning and did not receive your Earth Day gift (this fantabulous Wind Turbine), you will be able to log in again beginning tomorrow morning to claim your prize!

You will have until Webkinz Day (this Sunday) to receive your Earth Day Wind Turbine to help make Webkinz World A greener place to play!

And don’t forget – time is running out to complete the Earth Day Challenge so be sure to complete it before April 30!
