The Signature Beagle’s PSI is the Big Bark Tower!
True to it’s label, the tower does give out a “bark”!
Here’s what happens…

Yep..one side of the clock opens up and a beagle comes out and lets out a coyote type of howl!
The best I can describe it is this…Yip..Yip..Yip..Yowww! 
Then he goes back into the tower until the next time for him to come out!
It’s really cute!
I’m not sure how often he pops out. I think it’s fairly often when it’s on.
I think you can turn it off or on, probably by having your pet touch it.
And the beagle seems to switch back and forth from one side to the next when he comes out!
It’s not an item that you can turn anyway, it has only one view!
