We have learned more information about hunting for the Trick or Treat Ghosts in the Webkinz Clubhouse:
1. You need to be in a room in the Clubhouse to “see” a ghost.
2. You will hear a “woooohoooo” sound when the ghost enters the room.
3. Click out of the game/trade or whatever it is you are doing.
4. Click the ghost.
5. You will receive a candy, then your screen will lock up, and you will have to exit out of WW. (Love the glitches, huh? Guess that is the TRICK part, and the candy is the TREAT part!)
6. Your candy will appear in your dock as well as your pumpkin candy bucket that you see in the Clubhouse.

You may only collect candy from the Ghost every 3 hours!  Trick or Treating in the Clubhouse should be available from October 24th until October 31st.

 

You click on the Floating Diamonds on Webkinz Newz to receive a code to enter for the Evil Fairy Tale Queen’s dress from the Snow White marketing campaign.  The diamonds are up at the top left hand side of the screen near the advertisement and header.  They enter the screen just as the page finishes loading.  If you do not see one, then you can click refresh after the page loads multiple times until you do.  The Evil Fairy Tale Queen Dress is currently valued at 6,000 – 10,000 kc and will increase in value over time.   The “Find a Rare Diamond” contest opened at 12:00 am on Saturday, October 24 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 25.

Note:  The rules of the diamond contest state that you may only receive one code per email address.  Several of us did not read the rules carefully in our excitement and have sent multiple codes to our emails and entered them on our accounts.  I do not know if Ganz will take any action for our error.

The rules state this:

Only one submission per email address per Contest Submission Period is accepted. If the Sponsor determines that an Entrant has attempted to enter more than once, all Entries from that person will become void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Entries will be disqualified if (a) they are not fully completed or received by the Sponsor during the Contest Submission Period, or (b) the Entry does not comply with these Contest Rules, as determined in the sole and final discretion of the Sponsor.

Trick or Treating in the Clubhouse should be starting on Asian accounts today & run from tomorrow through Halloween on all accounts.  Let us know if you see the ghost!

When you go into the Trading Room, you see this Trick or Treat Pumpkin.  By clicking on it, you can see your candy collection.

when you collect all the candies from the Ghost, you will receive a Jack O’Lantern!

This is what you will see next! It’s a panel to pick the Jack O’Lantern of your choice!
You get to select which eyes, nose, and mouth you want for your Jack O’Lantern!
There are 10 eye combinations, 9 noses, and I think 10 mouths to choose from!
When you pick the ones you want, you can claim the Jack O’Lantern as your gift!

I don’t know if you can make more than one per account or not!
