They are the Griffin Emblem Rug and the Griffin House Tapestry!
The tapestry is designated to be a gift you get with the pet, but the rug isn’t.
I’m not sure if you get both the tapestry and the fireplace or not. Two pet items, that would be first!

Those of you have already began the search for Zums know, that you receive 3 Zummies every search. Well now you can trade your Zummies for prizes.  The prizes range from outfits to ornaments to furniture! As the prizes get bigger the more zummies you need to trade them for.

Our friend Alisha shared her Caring Valley experience with us!

Upon entering her Caring Valley code, Alisha was shown her items the Caring Valley Window, Caring Valley Poster, and some kinzcash:

After seeing the tree for the month of April, the Fairy Forest Tree, we all might want to collect the following months Caring Valley pets!  You receive this tree after you finish planting the four seedlings you are given to plant in the Caring Valley, and  you only have ONE chance at making this particular tree how you want it to look.  There are three different tree tops, tree trunks, and bases (ground areas) to choose from and you can mix match them however you want to create your finished tree.  Here is Alisha’s Fairy Forest Tree:
