Webkinz has announced these “hints” for upcoming  events in March:

• We’ve got a brand new Arcade game coming this month. Here’s a hint: it’s a sequel to one of our current games!
• After asking you which retired games should return, we’re bringing one of the most-requested retired games back!
• There’s a new, special St. Patrick’s Day event coming to Webkinz World this year!

Communal Contest Update:  Despite Ganz’s mid-weekend update that basically admitted the first communal contest was impossible, they are not awarding the prize of 500 kc to the people who participated.  :(  C’mon GANZ!  Show us a little Good Will!

We are looking forward to seeing what Ganz is planning for a Webkinz World Valentine’s Day, but while we wait, go ahead and work on your best Valentine’s Room Design!  We will host a contest in February for the best Valentine’s Webkinz Rooms.  Any size room, any items, anything goes as long it is your room design on one of your accounts.  Be original!  More details on entering later, but for now, get started designing!

Webkinz Newz is teasing us again, but they say Arriving TOMORROW?!  Woot!  Woot!

Some of you have been wondering about Gymbo’s rooms, what they look like, what’s in there, how many, etc. Here we are featuring some of Gymbo’s Rooms that have recently been completed or that are still “work in progress”.

Tree Top Room, Chicken Room (completed with the Giant gift box exclusive (gift from a friend ;)  )

The Forest Room, still needing some woodland forest  items. The iron/space man room.

The Mud Room, need to rename it (scarecrow was gift from friend ;)  ). The Museum, completed with coffee table (gift from friend as well)

The over the Clouds room (one of my favorites). The ship wreck room, still work in progress.

Halloween & Fall Fest Room Design Contest!!

With the end of fall fest and the introduction of the new Halloween theme, I thought it would be a great idea to do a room design contest using all of the wonderful fall goodies we got from the falling leaves and the super fun Halloween theme items. 

All you need to do is take a screenshot of your room and email it to:  lucyrosita@gmail.com.  I will post all entrants and everyone will be allowed to vote in the two categories:  BEST FALL FEST ROOM and BEST HALLOWEEN ROOM.           

Entries will be accepted until 10/17/08 at 11:59 PM.

All entries will be posted on 10/18/08 and voting will end on 10/24/08 at 11:59 PM.

Winners to be announced on 10/25/08.

All entrants will receive a Halloween goody bag and winners will receive prizes yet to be determined.   Good luck and Have Fun!
