Pickled Beets

Beets are Yummy!

3 qt. peeled beets
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 cup of vinegar

Mix sugar, water and vinegar in a pot and bring to a boil

Once the mixture is boiling add the beets and bring to a boil again.

Place the cooked beets in hot sterilized jars and process in a water bath for 5 minutes
