Ginger Crusted Salmon

A Delicious Crusted Salmon that's easy to make and super yummy!

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 pound salmon fillets

Preheat Broiler  (oven rack about 8 inches below)

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, mustard and ginger

Spread the glaze on the salmon fillets evenly. Place in a medium baking dish.

Broil for 7-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Keep a close eye on the out for burning.
